Excellent store. Friendly staff, wide variety of merchandise, and the arcade was great. Offered a wide variety of classic games and pinball in good repair. I recommend a visit.

Has a decent selection of games that are priced fairly and are in good condition. The inside is nice and the arcade looks very promising, especially the pricing, I would recommend it to anyone looking for some retro games or an arcade to kill some time :)

Needed a new battery in my Pokémon crystal. $12 dollars for a new battery was a deal, and the owner even took the time to show me how to solder and explained everything he was doing. Very cool experience, took my kids with me and they loved it, seeing all the gaming History. I will be going back to support this awesome retro gaming store, prices are comparable to other retro stores I have been to. service was good and store had a nice layout.

I love Lost Levels with a furious passion. I collect older and harder to find video games, and this is my go to when I feel like browsing. Really nice staff, amazing game selection, and when you have some time to kill, the arcade downstairs is always fun as well. Highly recommend

Very cool place. Retro video arcade games to play in the back. The whole family had fun. Pokémon cards, video games and toys for sale. They rent out for birthday parties also.

I honestly don’t know why Fullerton location close but I bet it’s because of the ridiculous prices and awful service. Not lost Level, lost out of your minds.

I will definitely miss this place when it moves to Chino Hills. This was such a nice and relaxing spot to go to after my classes at Fullerton. The employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable about games. The shelves are filled with outstanding titles, and mostly for fair and reasonable prices. The arcade portion of the store is a nice touch with many classic cabinets. And I always appreciated how they would seal their games in a plastic sleeve. I highly recommend stopping by, especially before they move.

Arcade is ok, small and well maintained. Kinda lackluster tbh. Staff is rude and I sense a bit elitist.Went to sell some consoles and was offered $15 lowball below market and store credit... guy who was running the counter couldn't be bothered away from his Daiso snacks and phone. insult to injury- they unpacked my bag with attitude on the counter, and didn't pack it back up- hinting me to get lost basically because I felt $70 store credit for a console in its box, with manuals & 3 games is an insult. All that was missing was the Comic Book Guy dismissal and the tepid experience with this 'establishment'.

Exploring Fullerton on a Friday evening, we happened upon a store without a specific intention. Upon entering, we observed its meticulous organization and diverse range of products and games. Despite not making a purchase, after a brief 10 to 15-minute visit, the cashier graciously thanked us for stopping by, bidding us farewell with a warm "Have a good night." I commend the establishment for its exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service. ?❤️

The dude at the counter has got to be one of the unfriendliest people I've ever met. I bought a reproduction N64 Cart from this shop years ago and went back in to see if I could sell it. Dude says they don't sell those. Bro. I bought it from you. When I told him I did he just said 'no'. Get real, guy. What a bummer guy to be around.

I recently visited Lost Levels Video Game Shop + Arcade with high expectations, only to be let down. Firstly, their arcade section feels underwhelming – it lacks variety and doesn't capture the nostalgic charm I was hoping for. Secondly, the pricing for their games is quite steep, especially when compared to other places. This would have been a bit more justifiable if they had rare or hard-to-find titles, but that wasn't the case. Lastly, if you're thinking of trading in your used games, think twice. They offered me a pittance for mine, and frustratingly, they were selective about which games they were willing to accept, even turning down some of my newer titles. Overall, I'd recommend exploring other options before settling for this shop.

Pretty cool. $10 for an hour or $15 for a day pass. Arcade was a little small but had a good selection of games and pinball machines.Only issue was that some of the games didn’t work due to mechanical issues (button didn’t work or joystick wasn’t responsive)
