The young man at the counter wouldn't push the button so i can get air for my low tire. Even after I told him that the machine wouldn't take my card. I always fill up at that spot. Never again. Good bye!!!

This gas station is my go to place. Sunday 3/20 about 1:50 pm, I went to fill the gas as usual. It was supposed to stop filling automatically at some point , but the gas was overflowed more than 5 gallons when I noticed. I guess the nozzle sensor was broken. So I came to the cashier, a woman, (I didn’t get her name though) to report it, and she asked my number because a manager is not at the store at that time. So she said the manager will get back to me, but I haven’t gotten anything from the manager yet until Thursday. It’s very disappointing their management, especially gas is super expensive even getting higher its price every day.

Beverly has cashiered for me multiple times. I’m either here to pump gas or get some late night snacks with my man. Everything im here and see Beverly, I know it’s gonna be a nice cashier and I know im gonna walk out happy,To me as a person who has been working in customer service for years, I take customer service in a way serious. Attitude from everyone stands out to me. I like hers, it’s chill and welcoming but also respectful. I don’t like leaving reviews unless it’s something to help better the work environment or to give shout outs to those who earn it.Beverly, if you’re reading this thank you girl (: I came in months ago to buy chocolate and you told me I was very respectful and nice for my age. I give what I get. So thank you! I know my review is late, but I was passing by there a few days ago and remember this welcoming experience.Thank you to those who took time to read my review. I will be stopping by soon again and hope for another welcoming experience ?
