I recently purchased two Hoka shoes from Nordstrom online, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After receiving a text notifying me that my package had been delivered, I eagerly checked my doorstep and mailbox, only to find nothing.Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Nordstrom's customer service left much to be desired. I contacted them on the day of supposed delivery, expressing my concerns and requesting a refund or replacement. Shockingly, I was told that it didn't matter whether I received the package or not, and my refund request was denied.What's even more frustrating is that Nordstrom couldn't provide any proof of delivery, not even a picture showing the package at my door. Their suggestion to involve the police is both impractical and unnecessary for a simple online purchase.Choosing Nordstrom for this online transaction has left me out of pocket by $300, and I deeply regret my decision. The lack of accountability and assistance from Nordstrom has been a major letdown, and I hope others are spared from a similar experience.

acquired top notch customer service today from Nordstrom design center. extraordinarily courteous, pleasant, and beneficial with my buy. If all the personnel are as best as he's, I could be back regularly.

Received excellent customer service today from Nordstrom Design Center. Extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful with my purchase. If all of the employees are as nice as he is, I will be back often.
