“I rode my bike there to return a small item. I was riding all over trying to find the bike rack. I couldn't find one. So I had to lock it up on a parking sign. Anyway, I walked and found customer service right away, turned the item, and left. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. Friendly, staff. Place was very clean and organized.”

“I'm leaving this review for the 3 guys at the HD Tool Rental. You guys are the GOAT! I was struggling at home trying to get a gaming chair hydraulic cylinder removed from its wheel base for so long(you have no idea!), and figured I'd ask at tool rentals to see if maybe you guys had any ideas. Instead you guys went the extra mile and took a look at it, popped that hydraulic cylinder base out in less than 30 seconds and our whole interaction took barely even a minute. I was in awe. Didn't even cost me anything! And now you've saved me the trouble of having to buy a new expensive base! I hope you guys get the recognition you deserve wherever you go because I really appreciate what you all did for me.Take care guys, I wish you all the best, and thanks again!”
