Matilda Miranda the horse mouth girl at the printing section today WAS SO RUDE. I hate complaining about this stuff but I went in to just get a copy and she said just email it to me and I did and she then said something about I don't meet the requirements for her to print I said I have a discondition that makes me mentally incapable of using it and she said walked away smiling saying I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YA!!! I was embarrassed because that information is private and I needed that copy and I just asked for her name without eye contact and left. I will be complaining to her corporate for this and I hope they watch the camera and not fired but maybe have more empathy for those of us who don't know how to use those machines and are to old or suffer mental challenges. Thank you

The girl working in the print services on Sat Dec 23rd between 12-1 was very rude & condescending. The guy working in the same section was much more friendly and was able to help me out without an attitude.

I had a printing and laminating job that needed to be completed ASAP. I contacted several printing places and they were rude, confused, over priced. Many of them told me my services would take over a week to complete. I saw Office Depot on my drive home feeling defeated. I came across an employee by the name of Adam. He was so calm, helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He helped me save money and get the job done effectively. He was so patient and went over and beyond. He got my job done in under 30 minutes. I was so impressed and happy. Will definitely come back!

I needed a print job quick. The print department associate let me know immediately that the job could be done ahead of stated completion online. I know it always done,, but it's great to know that professional help still exists.
