As a first time patient, I was disappointed with the front secretary's abrasive demeanor, and it completely derailed my first impression of the facility. However, the visit was redeemed by Dr. Andrea Benavides' exceptional professionalism, kindness, intelligence, and articulate evaluation.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Santiago for just about 1 year now and couldn’t be happier. He is a great listener and takes his time to understand what I need as a patient and is also quick to get me my referrals for specialist. The site itself is very clean, the staff is attentive. Happy Optum patient.

I love this clinic. All the staff are really nice, especially Maria (blue hair). I also love Dr Park. He is really professional and explains everything. I feel welcome every time I come.
