Optum-Commonwealth receives mixed reviews from patients. A first time patient was disappointed with the front secretary’s abrasive demeanor, which derailed the first impression. However, the visit was redeemed by the doctor’s exceptional professionalism, kindness, intelligence, and articulate evaluation. Another patient, a regular, praised the doctor for being a great listener, taking time, and providing quick referrals. The site is described as clean and the staff as attentive. Patients with hearing difficulties report the clinic’s willingness to accommodate, noting back and forth scheduling, cancellations, and compassionate follow‑up that led to new appointments. Staff are often described as nice, professional, and welcoming, with explanations that are clear. Positive comments highlight customer service and wonderful care, though some wish the co‑pay were lower and note that appointments can be months out, a normal post‑COVID reality. Overall, the clinic is seen as friendly, caring, and helpful, with an atmosphere like a neighbor’s home, and front staff are reachable on the phone.
As a first time patient, I was disappointed with the front secretary's abrasive demeanor, and it completely derailed my first impression of the facility. However, the visit was redeemed by Dr. Andrea Benavides' exceptional professionalism, kindness, intelligence, and articulate evaluation.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Santiago for just about 1 year now and couldn’t be happier. He is a great listener and takes his time to understand what I need as a patient and is also quick to get me my referrals for specialist. The site itself is very clean, the staff is attentive. Happy Optum patient.

I love this clinic. All the staff are really nice, especially Maria (blue hair). I also love Dr Park. He is really professional and explains everything. I feel welcome every time I come.
