Took my Honda accord on Monday. For an alignment and a transmission flush. And 3 days later I have a check engine light on. You can’t trust these small shops.
Disappointed on the service. Now I’m dealing with a check in engine light. Paid them 300 and some just so my car can come back jacked up.

Love and trust this place. It's a small family business with minimal staff who do the best work. They are fast, forward and transparent with their pricing and work, and do all they can to help. My axle broke on my car. In hopes they were open I had my car towed there in the early AM. When they arrived they helped as quickly as they could, we're able to move some things around and got me fixed & out the door by 4pm same day. That's not always the case but they saw the emergency and did what they could to help. It's small, so they aren't open late / weekends/ holidays, it's a gamble on if they answer the phone cause they're all working - but they will call you back, they will give you the best price, and they will work with you to help you out. We moved 40min away from Fullerton and this is still the only place I'll take my car.

I have been coming to Pops & Son's for 23 years! I have referred at least 100 people to this shop, I have NEVER had 1 issue with service, repairs, more than Fair pricing. I know the whole family and they treat me like family, I'm NOT Hispanic!!! They will squeeze you in, make special exceptions, I will not take my cars anywhere else... Nothing short of excellent after 23 years...

Pops & Sons is the only place I take my pickup for service and repair. Their commitment to superb customer service is exceptional. I had steering and suspension issues which had been undiagnosed from previous shops, but Joel and team spent the time to completely solve the problems. They are the best!

My car had a weird noise near the back seat for about a month. I previously took my car to two different body shops, and both were unable to identify the cause of the noise.When I took my car to Pops and Sons, they offered a diagnosis free of charge and were able to identify the issue within 30 minutes of the car being dropped off. It turns out that the issue was from an improper brake pad that one of the body shops I previously visited put on my car. Pops and Sons immediately took care of the issue and fixed our car within the same day, all for a reasonable price.Service: Brakes

This place is the absolute best. Long story short - I went to discount tires before coming here and felt like I was getting ripped off so the next day I decided to give these gentleman a call since I seen how good their reviews are, I'm so happy I went with my gut. I took my car in an hour after we spoke, they gave me an estimate an hour later and mind you half of the stuff discount tires placed wasn't needed and the price was WAY cheaper than I was previously quoted. I proceeded and got my car back before 5pm. Being a young lady coming into an auto shop is a bit scary sometimes, but this shop made me feel safe and they weren't taking advantage or money hungry. I 100% would recommend this spot, I will be coming back for any of my auto needs! THANK YOU!

These guys are the best! Very friendly people who genuinely want to help you get your car fixed. I was provided with a bandaid option to save money or a full fix for more money. Honestly, I'm glad they were upfront with all my options and didn't just give me a big number. They also honored the quoted price. I recommend them to anyone. Diagnosis your car with them at the very least, I'm confident they will earn your trust and business.

I have never been to such a kind and honest auto repair shop. EVER!!!! Either the brothers or dad. They all make you feel welcomed and clearly explain the process. Their prices are fair and totally worth it. I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else. Ben and his family rock!!!!

I've been coming here for years and have never once had a negative experience. I used to dread going to the mechanic because they would be so pushy and treat me like a rube because I'm a woman. With pops, I feel like I have a place and when a friend asks me about a good mechanic in the area, I can be like, "I know a guy."
