I had placed an order for some shoes online and verified over the phone multiple times with them that I would guarantee my shoe and they said yes. Told me to pick up Monday and once I get there they sold my shoe that I had payed for with proof of receipt and confirmation emqil that my shoe was ready. They send me to another location almost an hour away since they located my size but when I got there the shoe had defects and refuse to help me out with a discount. I will no longer shop here again and neither is my family since we all come here . Lost a valuable customer.

These shoe stores are the worlds greatest social experiment. Releases always consist of 90% resellers looking to make 5$ and 10% the mothers of resellers to make a combined profit of 10 whole dollars. Rules like one per household and wear out policies are practically never followed. These places thrives off of kids and adult children who can’t accept living off a 9-5. McDonalds is always hiring?. I’ve copped more from shoe stores like footlocker and shoe palace, not worth waiting 2 hours in line for these releases.

Experience was great with great sales man named David. He is very friendly and answers all questions that one might have, great inventory of different shirts, sweaters, shorts, and of course shoes. 10/10 would recommend. ✅

I don't usually write reviews, but this place needs one. Instructions online were to line up at 8 am, but everyone lined up came way before 8 am. Any employees to enforce it? Nope! Not to mention everyone in the front saving spots for buddies, disrespectful to the people who lined up at announced time. Waste of 2 hours and skeptical to shop here in the future unless they clean up the process. Will not recommend this place for the community, do better.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Aside from the negative help they provided to find what I wanted they decided to show me disrespect when completing my transaction when paying. They felt the need to tell me to not use my phone to talk to my nephews while paying for my items and on top of that gave me a hard stare and utterly disrespected his tone when explaining that I should have inserting my card instead of tapping which gave for the exact same outcome when done. I do not recommend any business from this store.

This is a really cool shop with a lot of nice stuff and the prices were really reasonable I picked up a Herschel wallet. I didn't even know that they made wallets and the guy behind the counter was really cool. I'm definitely going back soon. Nice place to find Jordan's vans and obey shirts

Great customer service by the team member working today- Sunday 09/18. I didn't get his name but he was the only one there. We thought the place was closed due to the locked doors but he quickly came to open the doors. He knew the brands and products, he informed us the various Private locations, he was patient as we asked various questions and walked around the store multiple times. He neatly folded the clothes that was bought and informed us about the story behind what we bought.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people here. Style wise to sneakers they know it and will help here at this private. The selection is good and whenever they have releases there are ample sizes available. Covid safe as well with hand sanitizer right in front near the entrance!
