Bad service here. Workers have a bad attitude. One lady serving ice cream was just rude and sarcastic not even a smile.

Please hire more people. 1 person is serving 25 people ice cream while 15 people are in line 1... And the pharmacy takes 10mins just to "notice" you're standing there.
My wife and I live behind this store so how about hiring her.

This lady named Laura and this other girl with short blackhair had a horrible attitude. I went into the store and black shorthair girl said she was about to take her lunch at 6:20pm and was already late to it. After she served a big family and it was only two more people. I called the next night (today) around 8:30pm and Laura answered the phone saying they are serving but the girl just went on her 15min break then she said “oh I’m taking my break now too so half and hour” and LAUGHED on the phone! Because she knew it was ME from the night before. I’ve been coming to this rite aid since I was 3 never had a problem before until this year, GET BETTER Customer service And NEW Employees With the right attitude!!

Fast and friendly service. This location is very clean and well stocked. You should be able to find all your pharmacy supplies in one place Plus they have their yummy ice cream in a cup or a cone. It's nice to have some every once in awhile.

The absolute worst pharmacy.. the lady who answered the phone actually hung up in my ear when I was thanking her AFTER earlier in the day she told me my prescription was not there when it was just sitting there for 3 hours !! I understand pharmacies are busy but to hang up on me was absolutely not ok . I was mid sentence!!!

BAD SERVICE!!! There's this one white dude who had such an attitude whenever I go get icecream with my family, if you're gonna act like that just stay home. First he gets the order wrong and then complains that apparently that's what "I ordered", NO I DIDNT, ITS JUST YOU AND YOUR OTHER LITTLE COWORKER WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE ORDERS!!! RITE AID FIND BETTER PEOPLE, AND NOT JUST MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE.

The white guys that serves ice cream always has mucus running down his face it’s so disgusting and makes me want to no longer buy ice cream from thriftys. And I saw mucus drip fall into the ice cream. So disgusting do not purchase ice cream from here.

This was the best rite aid I ever been to had some really really bussing bussing ice cream and a great atmosphere. Very fun place to visit lots of great stuff to do really made some great memories here. I really enjoyed the blood pressure machine it was my favorite ride. Lastly though I really really really want to mention the wonderful amazing service and I would like to shout out the best rite aid worker I've ever met in my entire life you're the best Tammy thanks for all the help!! 10/10 Definitely would recommend visiting ask if Tammy is there she's the GOAT.

I gotta tell you when they closed our rite aid on magnolia I was worried about being jerked around and sure enough I was rite! So if you want a real pharmacy go to Galaxi pharmacy on romneya in Anaheim. I am so done with this rite aid! Don't even get me started on Walgreens!
