My husband and I got married at city hall and hosted our intimate celebration lunch here with about 40 of my close family members. Nellie, the owner, was great to work with. We did a tour and loved the venue. Our event was mostly DIY which required us to maintain communication with Nellie to make sure we had everything we needed for decor and set-up. She also provided us with a great vendor list which we used to book our catering and bartender. The event was perfect, everyone enjoyed themselves and it was exactly how we pictured. Nellie was there on the day-of for guidance and additional assistance. I would definitely choose to plan another event here if the opportunity arises. The venue is clean and beautiful but Nellie's professional and kind service was the cherry on top.

It can be used for both casual and formal occasions. It faces a back street and is quiet. There are parking lots on the side and back with no steps, making it easy for people in wheelchairs to access. The restrooms are also spacious and barrier-free.

The space is really great for a small event. I think it fits 40 people comfortably, especially if you want other stations like a welcome table or a dessert table or a photo op. Anymore guests and they can't really move around that much to socialize. I supported an event here at the end of June / summer and the temperature in the space was not ideal or as comfortable as I would have liked for hosting an event. It needed to be way cooler with the summer heat. We asked the person on site and they said that the a/c was the coldest it could go as I was glistening from my sweat in the venue. The a/c and/or the insulation in the space needs improvement. Probably best to avoid hosting in the summer and stick to colder seasons.To end on a good note- the tables are beautiful. I love them and they're larger than average in length and width and come with the price of the venue.

If I could give this venue a zero star rating here it is ! It is smaller than an alley way you can the bar tenders do not know how to make drink that are way to strong ! The owner literally watches you clean up at 9 so you can be out of there, not only that but if you are not out by 10pm you have to pay 300$ extra for EVERY 15 mins that You are there is no space for more then 40 people including the caterers and or DJ ! The owner also stays at the venue in her office

Came back here to host my own event for my friends bridal shower: and this place was perfect! Nellie was so helpful, and responded in a timely manner, all while being very well organized in. having tables and chair setup for my event. A few notes for future clients: -Must have liability insurance for you event -Alcohol can be served here but must be served by a bartender -Any vendors you bring in must also have their own liability insurance -Bathrooms inside are very clean and private (Huge plus) Hope this helps in your planning process when choosing a venue to host your event. Overall, this space can be transformed into anything, and gives such a special feel: perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, or even a micro-wedding reception! Highly recommend this place!

My mom and bridesmaids planned my bridal shower at RSVP Event Space and we had such a wonderful time! The space was gorgeous, the parking was easy, and the staff was incredible. The manager was onsite for the entire event and was there to help with any questions we had. She was also super flexible in allowing us a few extra minutes to clean up and head out. I highly recommend this space for super customizable events!

I have the sweetest girlfriend in the world. In late October, my girlfriend rented this spot out and invited a bunch of my close family and friends to surprise me for my 30th Birthday. The space was beautiful and I really liked it. My girlfriend did an amazing job with the decorations and the set up. I was really surprised and the spot itself was so beautiful. The location is perfect because it's walking distance to DTF. The only downside was having to quickly clean up after. My girlfriend told me there were a lot of rules for this location but I did like it a lot.

Overall, RSVP Event Space was a beautiful space! Our party turned out great! It's definitely on the pricier side especially since you are only paying for the small room and some tables. The communication was great and we got quick responses. You are limited on decor since you can only use command strips to put anything up. You cannot bring your own alcohol so you must pay for an insured and reputable company to host which adds to the cost.

Very cute space for a small little event or get together. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I was tempted to hang out in the bathroom more than the main space. Cute theme. The office is on site so you're are able to ask questions or concerns as your event is happening. Very strict about the time frame of renting out the space.

RSVP Event Space is such a gem! It is perfect if you are planning an intimate wedding, bridal shower, birthday or any special occasion. I had the pleasure of attending a styling workshop at RSVP and it is was beautiful all around. The brick walls, furniture, greenery and wall art all have so much charm. The owner, Nellie is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. You can tell right away that she loves being able to share her space to celebrate such amazing events.
