Really unfortunate for a big box store to show that they are oblivious to providing customer service. Went in this morning to get gas during its "posted" hours which showed it was open and once again the station is closed. Oh well, understand that sometimes stuff happens. So as to not waste another trip I tried calling their stores general number to see if station was open since their posted hours say, like this morning that it was open. NO ANSWER. Is this the store general number ??? that is what it says but no-one will answer so apparently their number and they desire to provide customer service is non existent. I have NO WAY of determining if the station is open by their "on-line" system since it was NOT correct this morning. All I was asking was for a one minute conversation to see if they had opened the fuel station. Very sad to see that customer service at this location is "Job None"

I walked in ask the lady with the raccoon eyeliner about the membership , was about to keep walking and she said I'm not supposed to walk in without a membership. I was going to look and get stuff before applying for it and pretty much got kicked out because I didn't want to get it first before purchasing. I'll stick to my Costco. At least I don't get treated like crap there. Thanks Sam's club I will definitely Never Ever get a membership here , thanks to your crappy customer service .

Worst Sam's I've ever been too and that's saying a lot since customer service really isn't a priority at any of their stores. The store was filthy, shelves and coolers poorly stocked, 2 of the 3 ice dispensers were broken and the soda from those stations was coming out warm. I reported it as did other members. The staff at the food court couldn't have possibly cared less. They were rude and indifferent. When I asked if there was a supervisor I was told she is either gone for the day or in the back office. Really? Busiest time of the day for the department and it is running on autopilot?I ordered a pizza which took over 20 minutes although I was the only person waiting on a pizza. It was horrible. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Half went into the trash. After 20 minutes of waiting and another 10 minutes to get back in line to pick up my pizza NO supervisor or manager showed up to address my or others concerns. Perhaps if management spent more time on the floor managing the store and less time sitting in a back office the place wouldn't be so dirty and poorly run.I will never return to this store location. It was a joke. I also will not be renewing my membership in February. There are other stores where my money will be better spent and my (and other member's) needs will be met.Check out the pic I've posted. It pretty much sums up this location.

Have had several prescriptions filled here and never had an issue. The Pharmacist knows my name when I walk up and never had to wait for service but I do normally come during the week. The only negative thing I would say is they don't list the hours when they are closed for lunch.

I go to a Sams club in my hometown, but it's nice to see one all the way here. Much larger of a area as well. Many products that is not available in my hometown, are being sold here. The cafe is also nice too, nice windows. Very packed, but it's the usual ambiance.

Went to buy a security camera set. Brought it to self checkout, after paying, lady then proceeded to tell me that I should ask first if they have it or not. Took 10 mins to check the stock , ended up being out of stock. Then spend 30 mins on busy customer service for a refund. This place is a joke. Easily avoided if they took out the product on the floor ?! Why is it the customer has to suffer almost 1 hour of waiting ?

I must say... the Sam's Club app just got even better. You can now Order your Food court cafeteria meal while shopping and pick it up at the window on your way out of the store. Truly a time saver and amazing

Update 2/3/2023I got the tires put on. I drove it a little back to work and then home. I noticed some wobble not hard but just enough to notice, it didn't do that before. Being the mechanics son that I am I know it's a balance issue. I called the auto number this morning and they informed me, A DAY LATER, that yes my tires are not balanced because they don't have the weight stickers. So I paid $20 per tire for installation that is supposed to include balancing, they never told me they didn't or couldn't do it yesterday when they installed them but I was also told to come back in a week or so and they MIGHT have them. Uhhhh that is bad for my alignment and tread wear. Now I'm sitting at another tire store paying $40 to get my tires balanced. SMH

Do not have your tires installed at this Sams club in Fullerton. I purchased tires at this location and had them installed by a Jake. When i had to get them balanced and rotated found out that Jake jammed in one of the lug nuts and cross threaded it. I returned to them and talked to Paul which was very rude his demeanor was very unprofessional and stated "What do you wants us to do about it" their store manager Larry refused to accept liability also, I have reached out to the storage manager Alfred and he's yet to respond. Next step now is reach out to corporate office, I had to pay $150.00 to repair in order to remove my wheels. DO NOT USE THIS TIRE CENTER. The tire center has no supervisor or team lead I guess for a reason. They deserve 0 stars!

Just left the warehouse after shopping for business. It's a busy Saturday afternoon and yet when I bumped into group of young workers in aisles, they're just chatting away. Even leaving the store, and seeing shoppers looking for carts, I see another group of young guys chatting and visiting with a friend instead of working to quickly restock. But this does not apply to all workers. Those at the register are working hard and look a bit stressed which I understood with the long lines and the weekend crowd. Hope the new younger guys take a closer look at those working hard and start taking more pride in their job.

Been to this location a couple times now. Never knew there was a Sam's Club in Fullerton until a coworker mentioned it to me, meanwhile I had been shopping at the Chino Hills and La Habra location for years since the City of Industry location abruptly closed one day. Every time I shop here, the employees offer great customer service and I always feel welcomed. There is a large parking lot and always easy to park close to the warehouse entrance. They have plenty of fresh produce, fruits, and meat available, and are always fully stocked. This location sells freshly squeezed orange juice in the fruit and produce section in the back. There is also always someone restocking somewhere in the store. It is always clean, and there's even an "automated" cleaning machine that cleans the floors around the warehouse. Always love how Sam's Club has 3 different options to check out, 1) checkout with a cashier, 2) self checkout, and 3) app scan and go. Have also utilized the in store pick-up once at this location (used multiple times at other locations) and it has gone without a hitch. Purchased a few items in the store and stopped by the pick-up area to pick-up my item. You usually see employees walking around the store with their carts for in-store pick-up. Also, this location sells CSUF merch (including shirts and sweaters, even a CSUF canopy). It may not be the same as the ones in the CSUF bookstore but it is are more affordable if one would like to show school spirit. Haven't purchased anything from the food court at this location but I doubt it'll differ much from any other locations. Consistency.
