I was lucky enough to get to know Mrs. Sandra Billy. in my Forex trading career. Since then my trading has increased a lot. What can I say... Sandra provided Unique trading earnings. Where do I begin....I love the products that Sam's club offers and the convenience of its Mobile app. I wish I can say the same when it comes their customer service desk. The returning experience has been okay or not so great. I feel like the ones behind that counter are not happy being there and therefore causing the receiving end isn't so great. In the end, I did get my refund, but I wish I didn't have to find always defending and explaining more than what I have to just return the item(s)...with a receipt and still within the 30 days.

This review is for the Tire and Battery Center. I went in this last Wednesday to check out their tire deals and I ended up purchasing 4 new tires, which I had to wait for them to arrive. I was told they would arrive today (Friday). Then I would call to make an appointment for the tire installation. I have called 6 times, all different times through today and no answer. The times I have gone in this location to shop for my groceries, these guys just look miserable. Especially, a short Hispanic man with glasses. Looks like he hates his life. Gosh he really bugs me. Anyways, I have gone to their center before other services and it has not been good. I've given this place too many chance. I'm not gonna complain about the gentleman who helped me out on Wednesday because he was nice, I just wish he could've told me that none of them like to answer the damn phone.

This review is for the auto area of Sam's Club. My husband and I had some car battery issues, so we took it Sam's tonight and Garrett assisted us. He was very kind and informative. He took our car even though they were close to closing. I appreciated his great customer service, because our car might have not made it home had we not switched out the battery! Thanks, Garrett!!

This is my go to Sam's Club. They're always well stocked. It does get packed (guess this is a popular club). If you want to avoid playing Mario cart with all the other shoppers I recommend coming on M-F before 3 pm or Saturday nights. The gas pump always has a long line but it's well organized with one way in and one way out so I don't mind the wait. There's really only 3 cons I can think of. 1. They're frequently shifting where things are located (every few weeks) so it makes it a little hard to find things some times 2. The pharmacy takes lunch between 12:30-1:30 pm when there is only 1 pharmacist on duty - which seems like it's all the time. I mention this not because I'm against people taking their lunch but just feel bad that it's usually one person working there with lots of ppl. This club needs more pharmacists! 3. This club took away their bake at home pizzas about a year ago . The cooked pizzas here are just not the same. Hope they bring them back. Other clubs still sell them.

I really enjoy this sams club more than my regular La habra location. It seems much better stocked and all the speciality items such a Brazilian cheese bread and nesquik chocolate milk that my husband and kids love. I do the same scan and go as normal and it just makes life much easier shopping at a club.

Been to this Sam's location SO MANY TIMES, for SO MANY YEARS and never have I encountered a service like this. All was good while shopping, no issues whatsoever. It was until I got to the checkout line. Maybe I wasn't knowledeable enough to know what items to put on the belt and what not to put. And I mentioned that to her. But this associate Taylor is so EFFIN RUDE. I had an Absolutely NOT SO FRIENDLY Customer Service Experience while completing my shopping today. Not even a smile or how are you. NOTHING! Even her eye contact and HOW she put items back onto the cart was a totally RUDE vibe. NOT COOL!!! I DID NOT APPRECIATE THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND I WILL REMEMBER NOT TO GO TO YOUR LINE if you are there when I visit again. I'm in the Customer Service profession too, so don't think I don't know what Customer Service is.

Continually updating lines of new products, clothing, etc. Small important changes make it nicer for the customer. For example, exiting there is a tape on a pedestal dividing the exit in two exit lines. What is helpful is a sign saying two lines. Seems like a simple deal but clarifies what to expect and creates a better sense of order. Good shopping experience and check out was easy. Parking always seems to be a hassle and their gas lines are long because prices are so low.

I am solely reviewing this Sam's Club based on their fuel center , as i have never been inside As some have said, no attendants are anywhere to be found to re-direct traffic or have questions. At every other Sam's Club I've been to, there is always an attendant around. This particular Sam's Club I always go to in the middle of the day at any given day and it does not have a line like most Sam's club do. There are never more than two or three cars ahead of me. Furthermore the lanes are clearly marked and blocked off. This is probably the most organized fuel center I've seen out of the Sam's Club.

If I could give no stars I would. The tire and battery service center was horrible. There is an employee working there that never wears a name tag and always refuses to give his name out. He is so entitled and rude especially to women. He is a tall white guy with strawberry blonde hair so watch out for him. I needed one tire replaced and he went ahead and ordered two tires for me behind my back. I called to cancel the order and he demanded to know why I wanted to cancel and where I was going to go for a new tire. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. According to Google reviews other customers have had the same issue with this guy. I hope someone kicks his a** one day whether it be me or another person. Guy deserves to lose his job. Will not be returning. You can get better service and deals else where.

Love this place. So glad that I don't have to deal with Costco anymore. They always have new things to check out here and great deals. Their biggest downfall is the gas area. Clearly it was not designed with the current level of traffic in mind, hoping that improves soon. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. My favorite Sam's club and my favorite club store of all. Recommend to everyone.

So came her after church and decided to make a fun trip to Sam's club. I dropped her off at the entrance. I had the advantage. She had 6 people in front of her. And I only had 30-40 cars in front of me. Yes clearly I had the advantage. She waited in line to get 2 slices of pizza and a drink. She thought she would make it interesting by getting frozen yogurt. I told I like vanilla plain. As I got in line. I noticed that the line wasn't moving that great. I latter noticed that no one knows how to choose a line. And all their employees just stay inside their shed. Who knows doing what. But not outside helping people. I watched an old lady struggling for about a good 5-8 mins. I was about to get out of my car and help. Even though I was still about 8 cars back. While I started to get out. I saw an employee walking with his head down. Towards the lady. All body motion. Meant he was upset he had to get out and help. I stayed in the car and about 15 mins later made it to the pump. I got out believing I was defeated. But ready as I was with cards in hand. I got done quick. Even after filling up my vehicle. So drive to parking spot and walked in. Thinking I was going to have cold pizza. I was wrong. I won. Even got to sit down and enjoy my victory. With a non Darry frozen yogurt that looked like and off white color. And A warm pizza that came on napkins. They ran out of their plates. Maybe still on the boat. Well at least I know one thing. That waiting in line 25 mins to get gas is better than waiting 40 mins to get a slice of pizza.

Beware of JOHN, this Sams Club employee working at the Gas Station at Sams Club Placentia does not direct traffic for customers instead he would stay inside the room and not visible AT ALL. In this photo I had to call him out because the pumps were not working and NOBODY was directing our lane. He should not be working at the pumps, have him work inside the store so that he won't be so LAZY!!! SAMS CLUB Management please look into your CCTV footage on Wednesday March 23rd around 8-8:30 where it all happened.
