I used to come to this laundry when the other owners owned it but now that the new owners have it ,most of the heavier dutier washers are out of order . Been luke that for more than a month.

I am handicapped so I used their pick up and delivery service. My clothes came back immaculately clean and folded. I'll be using them again.

Won’t be going here again, today there was a sick vagrant inside. I thought there was no attended usually there is an older woman or man inside and of course the machine I chose didn’t want to start. I spent 15 minutes trying to find a number to call and there’s nothing posted,so, I fixed it myself only to find out the man with a camouflage-hat that was sitting outside on his phone is another attendant. After my wash was done I put my clothes in the 2 top dryers close to the door, the lint traps were dirty so I cleaned them and it took 4 quarts each and still my clothes came out damp, I told the attendant he ignored me, so I moved it to the bottom dryer, what he did was to put a quarter in the empty dryer I had just used, I was basically called a liar. It’s a sham we have to be at the mercy of places like this to get our clothes clean and they don’t bother to maintain them in good condition.

I just came home from a trip up north only to find out that my dryer died! I had wet clothes that HAD to dry. I went to Sparkle Coin Laundry because it is very near to my house, and having only lived in Fullerton for 2 years, I didn’t want to go too far. This place was immaculate and very well cared for. The owners were there, and I personally watched him help people to their car with their laundry! This was refreshing to see in this day and age. He spoke to people who I assume were regulars. I spoke to him for awhile, and I can tell you that he and his wife truly care about their customers. His wife even pulled over a floor fan for my husband and I while we waited for our clothes!! I highly recommend you giving your business to them…hard working and caring people.

When I came home from a trip, I threw in my laundry only to find that my dryer had died! I took my wet clothes to a neighborhood laundromat and held my breath. I was so pleasantly surprised! The place was clean and well kept. There were plenty of machines and I felt very safe as there were security cameras all over. The owners were actually there, and they were super friendly and even greeting their regular customers by name! I saw one of the owners help a customer carry her laundry to her car!! I spoke to both owners (husband & wife) and they told me that they just bought the business in February of 2023. I would not hesitate to use this business again and I highly recommend them!

I found this place via the Nextdoor app and saw that this was a recently new owner family business. My washer broke down in midwash full of water and clothes. 4th of July weekend with dirty clothes, not a good start. I reached out to the number that was provided and found they do pick up and delivery for $1.50 a pound. Reached out Sunday afternoon, arranged to have our clothes picked up that same evening and they delivered next morning before 12pm. This service literally saved our holiday weekend. My favorite laundromat! The owner is so sweet and really seems to get to know repeat customers. I've never had any problems nor has it ever felt unsafe. Super clean too!

It is very well Run Place. When you select hot water on a laundry machine you get hot water. None of the laundromats in surrounding area do that. The place is clean and crime free

Really bad atmosphere. Doesn't feel safe at night. The dryers burned all of my towels & blankets. Better places to go in the area.

I was there about 2 months ago and everything was great I went there today most of the dryers ate my quarters or they would read error ,it was so frustrating usually someone is there to help I guess no one was there today . And I over heard the ladies that lately everything is getting broken or not working and that no one goes to clean or maintain it clean and working.. that was my last time going there.

Place is not being maintained Cat hair all over the place. Dryer screens not cleaned.
