Terrible unprofessional selective customer service. I was not acknowledged when I walked in. 10 minutes later after waiting an employee had a waiting list to which they never informed me I had to sign into. Only reason I found out was because another customer walked in and they put his name on the list. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally walked out bc they chose to help a customer who was after me on the waiting list. Don't waste your time or patience at this location.

Their store hours state that they open at 10 am. I got here at 10 am and had to wait with four other customers. So unprofessional to have your business hours posted at the door and on Yelp and not open on time. It's a bad look for T-mobile, if I was at their corporate offices I'd fire all the late employees! Everyone is busy and we rely on the business hours posted to be accurate

It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. She explained offers and plans and what would work best for us without hesitation. We purchased our watches and will definitely be going back for our phones. Glad we decided to give the store another try and found a badass worker Vianney you definitely made our night with your customer service and care

I can tell why this store has terrible reviews, came in today about home internet service and getting my phone service switched to a different plan and Frank was the one who (not helped) me. Every question I had he was basically telling me to call T-Mobile and I'm like well that's the whole point of me coming to an actual store, so I can skip all that. He told me flat out that's not his job, every time I've been to any other store they've called and reached out to customer service for me but he is flat out lazy, it's crazy. Will not be back.

This is hands down the worst customer service. I broke my screen, I have insurance, filed a claim and came in for help since it's been a week and still no replacement. The woman that helped us had the worst attitude, stated she couldn't help us and that we need to contact the insurance company. She then proceeded to give us the wrong name for the insurance company and as we sat to figure it out, she walked by MULTIPLE times giving us the side eye. We're customers trying to resolve our own issue! Never agin with this store.

Unbelievable..... customer service rep Oscar (Hispanic) was trouble-shooting my phone as I was having technical issues. He seemed to lack experience as he couldn't figure the problem so he start feeding my B.S on the issue in attempts to dismiss the problem in hopes that I would just leave. Per his request I pullied up the app in question which only took 2 minutes with out excusing his self he walked of to assist someone that entered the store.. I stood there for 10 minutes while he helped another customer (hispanic). Tmobile is that your policy disrespecting NEW customers. ????

Worst service ever. Verizon across the street is way more efficient and 100% better service. Adrian told me the grass is definitely greener across the street. Horrible customer service at this location

I recommend everyone who goes to T-Mobile to go ask for Brandon , was very genuine and helpful throughout the whole time i was there , great service.

Poor customer service. Staff was rude. If theres a 0 for a score i will choose 0. And the sad part is it's not just 1 location. Brea mall, La habra, yorba linda.

Walked in, somebody said hello, and that was it. Was ready to spend $1k on a new phone. I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much. No falt of theirs, but this part of Fullerton has become very seedy, especially after dark. I might even change carriers because I had a similar experience at the T-mobile store in the Brea.

Adrian stopped what he was doing to help me with my account after having a bad experience with another employee that did t seem to want to be there let alone help. Excellent job Adrian. Not sure if he’s a manager there but he’s definitely managerial/top management material.
