Everyone is always very pleasant, the facilities and equipment are new and very clean. Services are typically prompt. You some times have to wait awhile to get an appointment. Parking can be very difficult during busy times. The staff has even agreed with the complaints about parking.

I'd give it 5/5 except its kinda confusing the first few times you come and more than often there is no "person" to assist at the information desks.Just take your time & read the signage. Usually other patients will recognize your look of confusion & offer to help.The care I've recieved has been wonderful. All the persons working seem to genuinely care about me & treat me respectfully and listen when I speak.

I insist on using St. Jude labs because of terrible experiences at the chain labs. Today I had blood drawn for three doctors. This was a lot of blood, over 12 vials. My veins are not always cooperative, but Colleen was such an expert. One stick and no problems. I highly recommend this lab. Points for cleanliness, efficiency, and a professional, personable staff.

So much rudeness from front desk! I do not enjoy visiting this lab and I only do so when I have to. Otherwise, I go to Quest Diagnostics. They are much more professional.

I have been waiting over an hour and they are taking people out of order which means I keep getting pushed. They aren't taking appointment for lab work and the closed the other lab which has made the wait even worse.
