The service here is inefficient and at times straight horrid. They take 5 million years to give me my 1 latte while their mobile orders stack up on the side. There is a crowd a thousand people waiting on the side for their drinks. I understand mobile orders matter but they should have a more efficient system to take care and prioritize your customers there. It sucks when students want to get starbucks before class but would have to go 30 minutes in advance just to get to class on time. I think it would be faster if i went to starbucks in downtown brea, 15 minutes away and came back.

The workers suck literal a*** they don't know how to read the drinks stickers and f*** up your whole a** order + they take forever, and they don't even fill the drink to the rim like we paid for this. That girl Bianca sucks as a barrista like read the label lmfao

this starbucks offers very poor and slow service! i had ordered many drinks here with a 30 min wait during its slowest times!!! always makes drinks wrong
