Well, I opened my account four months ago.After three months, they raise the price by thirty dollars.May not be significant. But during today's times it is. When I first opened the account, I asked if there was going to be a price increase Anytime soon, they said no, that price would remain for at least a year, ut yet three months later, it went up. I called the main office and apparently there's nothing they can do.But continue lyin i wonder how many other people have gotten dinged on the price increase. In addition, when I first got the spot, there was a break in with about ten broken locks.I brought it to management's attention that there were lacking cameras apparently this one in one ear and not the other ear cuz, I haven't seen any change to the facilities security enhancements.

I almost never review anything but after several helpful experiences at this cubesmart, I’m writing to acknowledge the service I received from both Nicole and Isabel. The help ranged from helping me with paperwork and policy issues to assistance in making my storage items more secure. I am not really accustomed to this kind of customer service from businesses but here , when I need help or have a question, it’s always cheerful and professional and often with a followup call to see that all is ok. These two ladies should be commended and if you read this ladies, thank you!
