Only one star because the girl was super helpful. Super sweet and soft spoken. Now I called the number to ask for a book and the man on the phone said they had it. I drive across town and YEP NO they don't have it. I was mad. The guy was in the back room and of course he wouldn't come out. The sweet girl apologized in a nice voice. Fine. I asked her a couple more questions about school and 2 young girls walked in and began to see the books and the man from behind the wall yelled at her because she didn't leave me ASAP and start talking to the other girls. This man is rude. He lost my business for sure because he's a liar and rude.

Went in looking for books for school and the owner was extremely rude from the beginning. He yelled at me because I had a conversation with another student about school while looking for books and the owner yelled " hey there's other people waiting hurry up" we weren't even in the way. It's sad that your even still open with that type of customer service.

It's annoying when you're on a schedule and can only spare a few minutes to go rent a textbook just to find the doors locked for literally no reason even though the sign says they're open. Such a waste of my time

The absolute worst company to sell your books to. I bought a book last semester here that was over $$$ i went in to check the books but back and they offered me $37 .. i took my books home to think about it and the next week they offered me $4. Save your time these company is such a scam and apparently they can pay you $4 for a book they are reselling for 100

Dishonest business...tried to return a book after the professor changed the addition. The book was still sealed and I only had it one day. lost my receipt and they would not take my return even though I could show on my bank account the charge for this store for the exact amount of the book. I was told that the only way to process a return is to scan the receipt. My question is then what would he have done if the receipt was damaged in some way and not able to scan. Despite being told so, I find it hard to believe that there is no other way to look up my transaction in his system. I can't believe that he can find my transaction using the last few digits of my debit card. I can't possibly believe that his decision hand anything to do with the fact that the addition the professor changed to is significantly cheaper then the new addition I purchased. Will never get a book their again!
