This review is long overdue.. I went to The Tax Place back in 2022 because I had some confusing tax paperwork that I needed to file but wasn't sure how to do and didn't trust myself not to mess it up. I got an appointment with Jesse relatively quick (I usually file my taxes as soon as possible) and let me just tell you, he made it a so painless and such a breeze! First off, Jesse is a great guy. He's very polite and friendly and has a great sense of humor. What I appreciated even more than just that, he walked me through my taxes. He made sure that I knew what exactly was being submitted and how that affected my refund/return. I came back to him again in 2023 and now it's 2024 and once again, Jesse was the guy to go to! My husband saw Stephanie back in 2021 as well because he was had some weird taxes that year and she helped him out tremendously. Sadly, he had to pay money back for taxes but that was no fault of Stephanie's. Overall, The Tax Place is great! The whole group is so nice and friendly and they really know what they're doing. For ease of mind, an hour of my time, and $160 to have my taxes filed by someone who knows what they are doing? WORTH IT 100%!

Do NOT use this place for your taxes! They have no idea what they are doing. They completely screwed up our relatively simple tax return and we ended up getting a letter from the IRS several months later saying that our return was incorrect and that we owed an additional $5,000!! We would've been better off doing it ourselves. This place is a disaster.

We usually do our own taxes, but my dad had had a real estate transaction the previous year, so we decided to get professional help. After consulting with a friend-of-the-family accountant who did not seem to know much, I searched on Yelp and noticed the high ratings for The Tax Place, and boy, do they deserve them! Since my initial phone consultation with Patty I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and politeness; her concise and precise answers and advice led to a quick and easy in-person filing at her office, and we received our tax refund within days. We were completely satisfied with and highly recommend The Tax Place. We will definitely be calling them again should the need ever arise. Patty, you're the best!

After a few bad years of trying different tax people after ours retired, we finally found a good one. Such a great experience. Made our taxes seem easy and our refund is already pending a week later. We definitely will be using John Rodriguez next year!

I've been coming to The Tax Place for something like 10-15 years now. Started with Vince who was extremely helpful to me when I was just a dumb kid with my first couple jobs, and always took care of me. The last 5 years or so I've been seeing Stephanie whose been incredible to work with. She's fast and her communication is ON POINT. Thanks again Steph! Highly recommend giving them a call if you're looking for someone new.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I must say, getting my taxes done here is quite pleasant. The staff overall is friendly and accommodating. Patty Baron personally does my taxes and she is phenomenal! She is highly experienced, patient, knowledgeable, cares about her clients and does her best to obtain a great outcome given the circumstances. I definitely recommend this place for getting your taxes done.

I have been going to The Tax Place for a few years. I have to say they sure make doing your taxes a pleasant experience. The office is very nice and welcoming. I'm always greeted and offered a refreshment. The office is calming and nice. Stephanie is a sweetheart caring and very helpful. She has been doing my taxes for awhile and I trust no one else.
