This shop is really nice, I actually bought a pair of AirPods in here once and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I also bought a cap to wear and it looks very nice on me. This store has pretty much everything a student at college would need like laptops, headphones, books, art supplies and merchandise. The shop has a 2nd floor but I have not seen what’s upstairs unfortunately, but this store is very awesome.

Paid about $350 for their overpriced textbooks but they didn’t have one in stock so was only about $250. When the last book finally arrived l, my debit card was locked and had to reauthorize over the phone. When I checked my bank statements I saw that I had been charged $350 again on top of the amount of the last textbook so about $450 total in one day. This employees are so unprofessional and when I called they were so rude and had me on hold for 20 min despite asking to speak to a manager. Well deserved one star. Get your books from Amazon/Abe books they are much cheaper and actually have in stock.

Overall clean and smooth transaction. Enough student workers that understand what is going on to give guidance. I was able to find my necessary purchase with ease.

I visited Titan Shops frequently when I attended CSUF. They have a wide selection of Titan merchandise, including shirts,hats,mugs, and jackets. The service here is pretty good as well. It's located near the TSU and Titan Walk. If you are looking for a place to buy CSUF merchandise at a good value with friendly employees, this is a good place to visit
