“Recently had my 1985 Vanagon's transmission rebuilt by Rancho. Customer service was flawless, and my van is driving great now. Mike was detailed, patient, and explained all my options for the rebuild. He spent a lot of time talking me through pros and cons of re-gearing options given my tire size isn't stock and I may change the engine in the future. We were stranded out of town with a failed tranny and were super impressed with his turn around time. 10/10 would rebuild again.”

“Quick story: My AC on my Mazda 6 was acting up by blowing warm air when it was idling and cool when it started moving again. Took it to a highly rated Shop 1 around Fullerton, they apparently did a UV leak test and found the culprit was a leaking Evaporator Core and it was going to run $2400 to repair.
Moving forward after calling other repair shops, Raven's actually listened to my symptoms and what I wanted replaced and the guy behind the counter (Alex? Employee that was from Bellflower) immediately told me the symptoms didn't line up with a leaking Evaporator Core. Raven's did a diagnostic testing on the AC and after seeing no noticable leak found out that the secondary radiator fan was unplugged and notified me nothing needed replacing for the AC system.

“Honest service - went to a dealer for coolant leak (second time) dealer suggested replacement of 3 hoses including 2 hoses replaced 2 years ago. K&S troubleshooted and replaced 1 leaky hose for $1100 less than dealer quoted.”

“Brought my car in with exhaust header gasket and coolant hose issues, was told by the dealer that they would need to remove the head and a bunch of other stuff to fix it and quoted 3500 just to take it apart. Herbs did it all in a day and a half for much less than that. Car feels great again. Staff was very friendly and communicative and their tech was very knowledgable and told me about other small issues it had without trying to sell me on them. Highly reccomend to anyone with P3 chassis Volvo issues, as well as I'm sure other chassis.”
