I was charged for a cleaning fee when the mess I was charged for was previously already there. I did not touch the mess and was accused of it. Debby claimed she’ll speak to her supervisor to resolve it, but I still was charged. Debby seemed annoyed and could care less of my situation.

Please pick a different Uhaul dealer! I was just renting a VAN to move my stuff into storage which is also in fullerton. I only had the van for a couple of hours. I brought it back exactly how I received it (even with a little bit more gas than how I received it). The liquor store manager did not want to look at the van with me when I brought it back or have me sign papers. When I pressed the issue more he just said no, that he will check it out later. Which was so suspicious to me, because there was no one in the liquor store so it wasn't like he was super busy. Then I got charged a cleaning fee. I called to dispute the charges he denied it because he said there was a lot of dirt in the van. I was in Fullerton for those few hours not a desert or somewhere with dirt and mud. I brought it back clean. Pick somewhere else where there is better customer service and the dealers follow the Uhaul rules.

Worst customer service experience ever!!! So-called “manager” has a horrible attitude. Apparently he needs to feel important and to make a statement he canceled my reservation for no reason and hung up on me. Lol!! Buddy if you don’t like working there then QUIT!!! No one needs that nasty attitude. U-Haul needs to fire you ASAP. You’re a joke.

I should have read the reviews - do not rent from this place. After Next Gen moving company canceled my reservation I had to rent a uhaul to move ourselves. Long story short Remie said he understood and confirmed my reservation. We were coming from out of town - he changed my reservation at the last minute. We ended up using our own cars to move ourselves. Why can't businesses keep their words and be professional? These businesses don't understand it's a lot of stress when moving and they add unnecessary stress and money.

Customer Service is terrible!! The man that answered the phone, I believe he said his name is Remie.Very unprofessional,talked to me rudely. He was giving me the rundown and said that I have to have a credit card and I cannot use a debit card.As he was getting my information,I asked him,when It's time for me to pay can I use a debit card.He says "I just told you that you have to have a credit card." And I said," yes and you were not specific I am calling to make a reservation so I am not sure if you needed the credit card to hold it and I can use a debit card to pay the rental fees." At the end of the conversation I asked him for his name he told me and he says I will not be here tomorrow you don't need me here you just need the receipt. I wasn't asking for his name or whether he was going to be there tomorrow or not I wanted it to know who the rude person I was speaking to. So then I had a question regarding insurance. So I called back and I identified myself that I was just speaking with him and I had a question. I said I understand the insurance is $10 for any damages and he says yes. I asked him if the $10 was refundable when I am done. In his rude tone he says " No. why would it be refundable when you used the insurance?" I said you know what I'm gonna go to another location.He hung up on me. Oh ,I don't know a****** ,if I didn't get in an accident and if I didn't do any damage to the truck ,how did I use the insurance?? This location deserves no stars!!!

It was pretty awful, disorganized and unprofessional. It's a liquor store with some U-Hauls parked out front and limited parking. What they don't tell you is that even if you make a reservation, the vehicle you need may be at another location entirely, i.e. reserve in Fullerton but have to drive to Long Beach to pick it up. No thanks. That's a very shady business model.

Debbie is hard to understand so I suggest you go there with lots of patience. Because it's at a liquor store, we did not get the great customer service I'm used to at U-Haul. She tried explaining the process to me and my movers, and we all did not understand her and the process, even though I checked in online with a license, reservation, and a debit card to hold the truck. If I were you, I would go to a real U-Haul location and take your business there. Good luck. Not going there again. Dirty and unorganized.

We have had two bad experiences using this place to rent. This first time they rented out the truck and neglected to tell us that they were re-paving the parking lot. When we came back with the truck they sent us away because there was no where to put the truck. Then they charged us fees a week later. Even though they ran out of space. This second time we made a reservation at a different location and we were directed back to this location. We set our reservation online with the set drop off location in another city. When we went to check in the front lady pulled up a reservation that had the wrong drop off location. She refused to look at the reservation on our phone and made no effort to help us. She called her bosses and talked trash about us right in front of our faces. At that point I was asking if we could create a new reservation with the correct location and she said are you sure because you could lose the truck. I asked her if she would give away our truck to another customer during the minutes it takes to set up the new reservation she told me again that she can't change the address. I reminded her that I was aware she couldn't change the drop off location I just wanted a new reservation with the right address. She had to call her bosses again and they said yes. This whole process took almost an hour for no reason. I've rented many U-Hauls but I have never ran into this terrible service. I recommend going to the place off of commonwealth.

Customer service was very poor at this location. I have always used Uhaul and have never had such rude and unprofessional service. Uhaul representative Katisha specifically had a very poor attitude. We had reserved specific items with the truck and they were not present. Then she expected me to out of my way get the supplies at another location but, would not take the extra miles off. Katisha was very rude, telling me not to "bark" at her. She definitely has not been trained in quality customer service.

I have been here at this place 2 Times one time I return a u-haul here and the guy that help me was nice and today I when to rent a u-haul from here and some beautiful lady name ruby help me with my rental nice customer service plus ruby she so guroges😠definitely from now on this liquor store is going to be my stop store
