The communication for Our credit union is ridiculous! The automated answering service records that, "The employees are on another line", I've left messages,no one calls back. It's like the credit union only helps anyone unless it's beneficial to them! If they can't help( by looking at your account) they won't call back! I believe it was "US", that made the credit union who they are today! Thanks alot pac-trans!!! For making me feel sooo appreciated!!!!!! I know that I will probably be put on the "dark" list but, it's a review rt?!

They used to be awesome before the pandemic. Now they take forever to get anything done. I have always financed my cars through them, but the last car I paid off, my title was shipped to the wrong address and after a YEAR!! I am still trying to get it resolved. Lack of communications in emails, I have to constantly send follow up emails to get one response. Yet, when they want something from you it HAS to be immediate. This is a joke and after my current car is paid off I will be going somewhere else.

They will automatically enroll you in programs without asking or verbally disclosing during sign up. Make sure you read everything in your agreement. They signed me up for programs I never consented to but was checked in our documents. Very shady. When speaking with Kathy from the Fullerton branch I caught her in a lie as well. Don't do business here. It's never good when bankers are dishonest. We will be closing our other account and terminating our auto loan as well.

Absolute worst costumer service, I expect a lot but at least be helpful and answer my questions or try to find solutions for problems they have with their system. I normally bank with chase and absolutely no problems ever! I will never be putting my money in credit Union. Just a headache

Good experience each time I need an in-person transaction. Lines have not been long, Branch Manager Bobby jumps in which adds another Teller. This CU is a partner with my primary CU and they always know the ins and outs of what can be accomplished and offer alternatives. I came in frazzled and in a hurry today, come to find out I wasn't able to excute one of the tasks at a partner branch they way I thought. However..Asst Branch Manager Melissa Gorbea walked me through my options and I left with my goals completed. Thats a win!

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! They do not know how to manage YOUR money, nor do they provide any customer service in regards to YOUR money. Horrible % rates No over draft protection. Will lock you out of the app so you cant manage YOUR money. Taking my money out and moving to a bank!

I had the most wonderful experience here. I was very nervous to open a bank account as i know some banks take advantage of teenagers and their lack of experience. However, this bank is fully transparent and honest with all it's clients. I was helped by Norma at this location and I can't even begin to express my gratitude. She was so kind and patient with me. This was my very first bank account so naturally i had lots of questions. She answered every single one of them and explained everything to me. I truly felt like she cared and saw me as more than just a client. Truly amazing customer service and I will most certainly be referring friends and family!!!!

As a kid my parents had a account here. I grew up coming to this credit union (when it was North Orange County credit union) and now I bank here. I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone. The girls are awesome and couldn't ask for a better staff.

I have been using this "Shared" branch because it was closer to my home than my credit union. I went in today and they told me effective Nov. 1 they could no longer accept cash for deposits, only checks because it took to long to count. Am I missing something here???? Isn't this a bank...um, counting money is part of your jobs!! So, let me understand this...no cash transactions at this bank, ok. Apparently they are not interested in gaining new customer through a satisfying experience. Inconsistencies with the tellers, one had me do one thing, another had me do something entirely different. One teller accepted loose change, today's teller said no change unless its rolled! Would the true procedures please stand up. I guess I should look at it as a favor, I get to find another branch that offers superb customer service with consistent standards. It just isn't at this one.

Becareful if you have a car financed with this bank CRedit union of Southern California they will add a car insurance to your loan even though you have full coverage insurance with your own insurance. It has been over a month and still cannot get them to refund my money every time I call they make me call another number. Even my insurance agent already contacted them also to show them prove I had non interrupted coverage since I got the car and nothing has been resolved there. And the only reason I have an account with this bank is because the credit union I had before merged with this bank. Can't wait to refinance my loan with another bank!

Would not ever recommend using them. Not customer focused and services are in the dark ages. Staff is not competent. The customer is NEVER right!
