I was here recently and boy oh, boy. The Hispanic lady behind the counter was super rude. You don't have to take a job if your customer service is filled with a bad attitude.
Be thankful in your life and I hope you find some goodness in yourself and in our society.

Came in today to ship a large package and the employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. She gave good suggestions on how to ship and what we needed. I have been to this UPS store in the past and not had a good experience with the customer service but I was very satisfied with today's visit.

I have been a customer of this UPS location for over a year. Even though I have moved further away and now have another UPS location within walking distance, I have chosen to renew my PO Box rental services with this particular location. The staff here is fantastic and very friendly. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail have kept me coming back. I highly recommend this UPS location to anyone in need of a secure receiving site, reliable shipping services, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store located on Euclid in Fullerton, and I must say, the service was absolutely impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, providing expert advice.
They patiently answered all my questions and offered practical solutions to make the process as smooth as possible. The store was well-organized, clean, and efficiently run, making it a hassle-free experience.

Been using this UPS Store for our P.O. Box for almost 3 years now. Nikki, Bianca, and Julien are always very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly every time I see them.
I have gotten several documents printed here as well - we don't own a printer since we hardly ever need one. All I have to do is send the document to their store email and they print it out for me, easy peasy.
I also got my passport photo renewed here. Bianca was kind enough to let me retake the photo when I felt the first shot didn't look quite right! Haha.
I visit this UPS store location quite often, and even when the team is swamped or dealing with a customer who is not having the best day, I always notice that they do their best to help them. I want to bring them a big gift basket full of goodies just because they've always been so cool with us.
We have never had any issues with our mail, receiving packages, returning packages, or the like. I appreciate the people who work at this UPS Store location very much, and we plan to keep coming here for their services for the foreseeable future.

Do not ever order anything from this company! I ordered an iPod fourth fifth sixth generation. I received a . damaged iPod that did not work. I returned it and requested a replacement. It never happened. This company took $89 from me and gave me absolutely nothing is the worst company ever! I have sent numerous emails to correct this mess and have not heard anything. I am out $89 do not have an iPod or credit I recommend nobody use this company ever.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience that others have had extremely expensive and absolutely no help at all the staff is incredibly rude and I will never come here again, whoever owns this place should fire and re-hire, then maybe they would get more business, the particular person I dealt with behaved as if she had something else to do. Never again!
