Warning!! Don't join the membership. I have joined the membership and I moved to a permanent location 25 miles away from Urban Air. In the agreement, it clearly mentioned I have right to cancel my membership if I moved to a permanent location 25 miles away from Urban Air. I called to cancel the membership and I also sent the utility and bank statement showing I moved. In the beginning, the representative said I was not qualified and hung up my phone. I called again, and the representative hung up my phone immediately. I emailed the cancellation letter to
[email protected], and they keep ignoring the evidence I provided.

It was our first time and probably the last time. It was super packed, seems very unorganized, place looked like it was ran by bunch of moody teenagers, long lines for rope thing and rock climbing. Price is unreasonable, manager is so rude and declined to give us a refund for buying an extra jumping pass. I would save a trip and take your kids somewhere else where your money is worth and your kids can actually enjoying their time without having to wait in long lines.

3 different tiers of attractions make it confusing for kids. $100 for 2 kids and a parent pass, and video games are $2/game/kid, is too expensive. Quality of prizes in claw machine are sub-par even for a dollar store. Surprisingly, no re-entry is allowed, so unless tou feed your kids deep fried junkfood, eat before you arrive!

Let me start off by saying this place is nice to take your kids for fun. Yes it's packed and yes lines were long but that's not why I'm giving them a 1 star. I wish 0 was an option. Today my family and I (party of about 20 inc kids) went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. After about an hr of running around I started to notice that this young worker kept constantly asking my party to not be inside the jungle gym. Mind you we have 2 small toddlers in our party and signs say small children can be accompanied by an adult. At this point my nephew who is 12 was also asked to leave even though he was again watching the smaller kids. Now we asked why are we being asked to leave and were told we're too big to play inside. We're not playing we're following our kids. At this point we get upset and ask to speak to a manager. Mr Steward H. and My partner exchanged some words and I'll even admit he did raise his voice and even throw in some spicey words but after I tried to speak to Mr Steward I was just followed by eyes rolling, grunts, and huffing and puffing. After I told him that I am also manager as well and the way he was conducting himself is out of line he follows with "your 30 sec away from getting kicked out". Ok we will gladly leave but at this point I asked for a refund he follows with absolutely not. My partner tried to ask why were we the only ones being asked to not be with our children and he didn't want to turn around to see adults at the very top of the gym. I understand people can be difficult but you signed up for this job and just because you work with kids doesn't mean you act like one. Then as we're all leaving he then "tries to make things right" and apologies and says he's sorry we're leaving. You mean after you just told us you're going to kick us out? I let him know that the way he conducted himself as a manager is not ok. The way he spoke to all of us and then also trying to say the young worker is to blame. No sir not only does your employee need training but so do you. Never coming back and forever telling anyone not to either. Being treated horribly after spending a pretty penny and not being able to have a fun day is not ok. But thank you Steward for your customer service.

Great place for a kids birthday! you get alot for your money. Lots of activities for the kids. They can stay after the party is over until closing if you would like (included). The staff is great. Food was good. We reserved the private room for 11-1pm and it worked out perfectly to have pizza and cupcakes during lunch time. Around 3 pm the place got a lot busier. We stayed until about 5:30pm. Oh, bring magnets clips to hang up decorations in the room. No tape on the paint/walls. See picture.

If you want you child touched inappropriately, come here. Ask for Steward Hurts (Manager) he will do nothing about it and even ask you what you think he should do.

If you want your child touched inappropriately, come here. Disgusting and shameful that they harbor acts like this. Huge shout out to the excellent manager Stewart Hurts aka Terry, he was so extremely helpful in doing absolutely nothing about it. Safe to say this place will never be visited again by me !

It is really unfortunate that I am posting this review as I think this is a really cool indoor playground however today's experience makes me question whether I think it is worth coming back. If you're ready to eat on the floor and long lines at an indoor playground. This is the place for you. $45 a ticket for basically 1 laser tag, 1 obstacle course, 1 structure, and a meal on the floor. Please set a limit on a set maximum capacity for an enjoyable experience. Or at least allow in and out access to get some food outside so we don't have to eat on the ground. I am sure if kids were able to enjoy the amenities, it would be one of the better indoor playgrounds as it has a lot to offer. It is popular for a reason but experiences like today will change that quickly. *Edit/Update* This message is for Terry the business owner. The main point of my complaint is the overcrowded nature of your park and simply stating that it is taking away from the experience for your guests. Given the platinum price is $45 a guest and if limiting the number of guests is not a part of your business plan, at least give us the option to go in and out of your park for some fresh air or to go eat somewhere and come back. We are aware that the platinum pass gives you full access to the park and that is why we purchased those passes. I was simply stating the fact that the place was overcrowded where we were only able to play 1 round of laser tag, go on the obstacle course for 1 run and the structure for one run due to long lines and overcrowded space. In regard to seating, it correlates to the fact that your park can get overcrowded and that we indeed had to eat on the floor or eat standing up. I don't need you to let us know how big your facility is and that there is enough seating because if that was the case I would have left that part out of my review. I understand your perspective in standing up for your business but discrediting your patrons opinions based on their experience by telling them that based on your 43000 square foot space there should be enough seating. How much of that space is dedicated for your dining. Based on 43000 sqft, you should be able to seat over 3,500 people but obviously that is not the case nor would anyone expect your 43000 sf to be fully dedicated to seating. I am simply providing some constructive criticism and suggestion from one of your patron's perspective from our experience.

I recently visited this place and had a mixed experience. While the play area offered a plethora of fun activities for kids, including slides, ball pits, and climbing structures, the place was overly crowded. It was so packed that there were no available tables to sit and eat, forcing us to eat our snacks on the floor. This lack of seating was inconvenient and uncomfortable. I also found that the overcrowding made it difficult to fully enjoy the activities, as there were long lines and too many children in each area. I believe this place could greatly benefit from implementing better crowd control measures or limiting the number of people allowed in at once to ensure a more enjoyable experience for visitors. Despite the chaos, the variety of activities provided some entertainment for the kids, but the overall experience was marred by the overcrowding and lack of seating.

This place was horrible! I had a deluxe wrist band and we only had a limited of options to choose from! The height restrictions are so bad! I can't go on anything!

Do not expect 5 star service when coming here. There are a lot of kids and young people. Staff are all young high schoolers and inexperienced. Overall the activities are much better than other places like SkyZone. This place has laser guns arena and other unique zones.

Urban Air Fullerton hosted our daughter's birthday. The organizer Alexandria was super helpful and our host day of Emiliano was attentive. I had never been here before and it was nearly impossible to get the kids to leave they were having so much fun. I highly recommend for kids 9 and up.
