Initially we reached out to the branch on across town on Habor. Was told to leave a message for the manager for the account service we needed help with. Never received a call back which is why we ended up making an apt. at this branch on Chapman. The level of service is night and day. Marco was helpful and knowledgeable with the changes we needed to make to our existing account. Everyone here was friendly. Highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.

Great customer service at this branch and hardly any waiting in line whenever I go there. Mikey ( sorry if I misspelled his name ) is the best ! He was kind enough to find the answer for an account question I had and followed up with me by phone. No one else at the other branches followed through with this..

I had some issues receiving my debit card through mail and Christian at the Chapman Branch was very helpful to get this taken care of for me. This was a frustrating issue and he was so nice and helpful. Thank you Christian!
