Use to have a po box here, mail was stolen several times, my dmv tags were stolen and had to get the FBI involved, once I advised the postal master, they put up cameras and caught the employee stealing other peoples mail.
Closed out po box after that incident.
Now years later after recently mailing out bills from this post office, none of the companies have received payment.
Not sure what is going on at this post office because them veing short staffed but it shouldn't take ten days for mail to reach its destination when it's in the same area / vicinity.

For the racist reviewer, this is not Asian owned but an actual U.S. government Post Office. Sounds like someone cannot read or does not understand the difference between an actual post office and a retail location authorized by USPS. 🙄
Anyway, I appreciate that the location is open on Saturday. The times I have been there, the employees have been friendly and helpful. Very decent post office location.

Don't bother rescheduling deliveries because it'll just say 'Processing at Destination' for days and won't even let u change to pickup. All because they're too lazy to bring your package to your door if it doesn't fit in your mailbox. They'll leave a notice saying 'No secure location available' in ur mailbox even though Amazon, FedEx, and UPS have no problems bringing ur package to ur door for the same price. USPS has become worthless since Dejoy became postmaster.

6/11/2024 - I went to 1350 E Chapman to renew my passport, and did not have an appointment. I was fortunate to meet Richard Trung and Long Ho who helped me complete my application and mail off my passport renewal. Both were professionals, courteous and very helpful. All was complete in 10 minutes.

I've had a large PO Box at this post office for nearly 20 years. The only reason I chose this location was for 24 hours access. I have not lived in the area for more than 10 years, and the only times I've been able to get the mail or have someone get it for me, is usually during after hours. During COVID they changed the hours to regular post office hours only. This is incredibly inconvenient. In addition, they have raised the price of this box every year for the last 5 or 6 years. It's crazy to cut service and still increase the price. They have no explanation for it; it makes absolutely no sense. $350 a year for the most limited access to your mail. If it wasn't for the hassle of having to change my address on hundreds of accounts, I would never go back to this post office again.

PASSPORT experience was EXCELLENT. From start to finish everyone there was helpful and so kind. I can't believe this is planet earth. It's like the Twilight Zone times 10 in a good way...lol...I am honestly shocked because I didn't expect this to go so smoothly. This has to be the BEST Office to get a Passport from. The staff is amazing!!!Thank you

Passport application was great. Made our appointment online, waited in line and alerted the attendant. We were called up five minutes later and assisted through the process. So fast and friendly. Weekdays early morning are always the best bet.

Now I have to leave work early to access any assistance so I'm within their schedule. Kinkos is more readily available for certain things. I need to rethink my process to better align with my needs instead of their schedule. You get less and pay more.
