We dropped off 30+ packages of orders from our ecommerce store. It's been 5 business days and no updates to the tracking information and still pending shipment. We are being penalized for late shipping and our store reviews and business are on the line. When we asked Mary about it, she got defensive and combative. If you have an ecommerce store, DO NOT DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

if you are looking to deposit mail past close, this is the only post office nearby with non-closed outdoor deposit boxes!!!!!

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially with a passport application. They provided a detailed description of what was needed and why. This is a small but very capable post office.

I brought an opened package to return and they told me I have to go find tape or come back with the package taped up. Doesn't take much to offer some tape for a small package...bad service here.

Baby in hand. Had box and return slip for a pair of shoes. Lady said I should of taped it and then told me to buy tape. Instead of helping out. Costumer service or community service for helping isn’t great.

left a note in my MAILBOX about a first attempt delivery for a package that required a signature, when they clearly never came to my door in the first place (i was home plus i have a ring camera that shows they never even came)So I had to wait 4 days and take a 30 min roundtrip to pick it up at the post office when it would've taken them only 30 seconds to bring the package to my door. Really lazy "delivery" service.- oh, and while they were at it, they left someone else's package in my mailbox a couple days later

CLOSED INDEFINITELY!! Was a nice quaint post office, almost a hidden gem but now it's closed. Not sure if they still pick up mail from the mailboxes? I would assume so but I wouldn't take any chances. I would think they would block access to the drop off boxes by putting a tape around it but they haven't. Going to drop off my package elsewhere!

Decided to give this post office a try since the main one on Chapman is always so crowded and have rude employees. I was getting a P.O. Box so I wanted a better location. I arrived and it's all closed up and there is a sign on the door stating that according to the postmaster general this location will be indefinitely closed pending a potential relocation. It further stated that all mail and P.O. Boxes you must go to the main one on Chapman.....completely defeating my whole purpose
