Went in because I had a problem with an iPad that I caused by messing with too many changes. Silvano was really patient in trying to solve my problem, but I had really messed things up. So he offered me a promo that I feel like suited my situation perfectly. No hard sell and spent time explaining everything to me clearly.

Every year I always trade in my phone and get a new one. I just moved to California recently so I was apprehensive about which store to go to. I called into the store and was highly impressed with how professional and sharp Victor was. I ended up getting two phones and a watch and was able to get changed to a better plan. Victor went above and beyond and I’ll be coming back to him for all my device needs as should everyone else!

Received excellent service from Victor today. My phone was acting up as of yesterday. Victor was very patient and helpful when it came time to attend to my customer needs. Next thing you know - phone is fixed!

I purchased a new phone 2 months ago. I was told I would receive a promotion TV by Matt and I go I'm to redeem and Matt did not input the correct information for my plan. One job Matt you had 1 job!! Verizon train your associates correctly.
