Every year I always trade in my phone and get a new one. I just moved to California recently so I was apprehensive about which store to go to. I called into the store and was highly impressed with how professional and sharp Victor was. I ended up getting two phones and a watch and was able to get changed to a better plan. Victor went above and beyond and I’ll be coming back to him for all my device needs as should everyone else!

Received excellent service from Victor today. My phone was acting up as of yesterday. Victor was very patient and helpful when it came time to attend to my customer needs. Next thing you know - phone is fixed!

I purchased a new phone 2 months ago. I was told I would receive a promotion TV by Matt and I go I'm to redeem and Matt did not input the correct information for my plan. One job Matt you had 1 job!! Verizon train your associates correctly.

This store and more specifically Jeff: a sales associate who works here, showed me for the first time in a while a business and more specifically people who have patience and understanding for a customer much more than just our wallets. I came in an hour before closing for a phone upgrade. I went to two other stores who both would not allow me to upgrade my phone due to not being manager of my account even thought I'm on the account. So as a last ditch effort this store was my final chance. When I got to the store there were two customers in front of me, and a single worker scrambling around to help everyone in the store. For the last hour of the stores open time, Jeff worked his butt off helping everyone currently in the store and the 3 other customers including myself who came in after me, with a smile on his face and a caring and apologetic tone in his voice. No problem was an issue. Not even language barriers or misunderstanding from older customers who don't understand technology. One customer came in looking to change SIM cards who barely spoke English. Despite that Jeff did everything he could to help this customer, even going as far as not letting this customer pay more than needed to fix the problem and offering him a better solution. One customer was in the store before me transferring data from one phone to another. The data transfer couldn't be complete because they didn't have enough iCloud storage. Instead of Jeff telling this customer that this isn't a problem for Verizon i.e apple problem. He figured out how to help this customer transfer his data while Simultaneously helping me and one more customer. By the end of it I got my phone upgrade and my data transferred before close as well as Jeff making sure I didn't need to spend more money than necessary with hidden fees and such. Jeff was amazing and deserves much more from his management seeing as he had to work the whole shift by himself. Lastly I want to point out that while waiting patiently I asked Jeff why there wasn't anyone else working with him and he explained the situation to me but more specifically when I made the statement to him " it must be frustrating having to deal with all these customers by yourself" he didn't agree and complain that he had to serve people by himself. He was upset because in his own words " there were customers who came in that we didn't get to help" &" it was all business that was lost for the company, for the TEAM". Management give this man much more because he deserves it.

What a waste of time! There were 3 employees there when I walked in, no other customers. Employees were carrying on a personal conversation, obviously annoyed that I had walked in asking for assistance in transferring data to a replacement phone. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the employee who "helped" me, I didn't see a nametag. He was rude, asking me why I didn't just buy the newest version instead of replacing with the same version that I had, and asking what I did for a living and if I actually liked my job. He didn't complete the transfer, and blamed it on the fact that the power ran out of the battery while transferring, and he couldn't figure out how to get it to charge up. The phone charged up just fine both before it was in his shop and after; I can only assume that he just didn't want to do it and hates his job. Meanwhile, the other two employees continued their conversation, oblivious to me and anyone else who walked in the store. After this miserable and pointless experience, I took my phone to the Irvine Verizon location near my work, and they were efficient, effective, and a pleasure to deal with.

I walked in an hour before closing and the representative by the last name Thomas walked me through the sign up and purchase of a new phone. He was professional, kind, and patient with all of my questions. I had had a difficult afternoon and he was able to help me end my night on a high note. I highly recommend and thank Mr. Thomas.

Do not trust this authorized retailer. The employees are disrespectful and extremely deceitful. I walked in for a simple phone upgrade, and walked away with $200+ in hidden fees and cancelation charges; all because of their forceful tactics and willingness to lie about the terms for their 'free promotions'. If you shop here, read the contracts and be sure to get it in writing if they promise anything for 'free'. A lot of time, money, and sanity was wasted pulling myself out of the mess they put me in. Please don't be like me; save yourself the stress and money, and shop at an actual Verizon store. This place isn't worth the trouble.

My evening was a whirlwind once I clocked out of work to find my phone had a black screen with a flashing light every few seconds. I made my way to this Verizon location, stressed, not knowing if my phone was salvageable or not. Unfortunately, it wasn’t but Brandon (the manager) was kind, patient, and truly informative of my best options moving forward. It was understaffed that evening. However, he continued to assist and update each customer in the store frequently. It was evident that he truly cares about the guests and their experience. He was able to help me transition into my new phone and I left feeling truly grateful.
