I ordered new cell phone from this store. I was told by Marcus, one of the workers there that it would be here in 2-3 days. I mean it was ok if it took longer than that time. I told him to notify me once it is here via text. He verbally confirmed that he would message me. However I got no contact from them even after a week. I called the store but no one picked up. So I had to go there to check up the current status. Apparently the phone was here all along but he went on a vacation and left my order in hanging. No one else knew about my order either. I thought if someone goes on vacation then other workers should take care of that order but maybe it is not the case nowadays. My one star review may not reflect the overall value of this store, but my personal experience with this store.

Damian is a professional. He dealt with a difficult customer with calm and kind responses. He then replaced my SIM card, free of charge, quickly and efficiently. Damian is smart and is likely going to go far in life. Thanks Damian, I'll be back to upgrade my phone.

Went in to get an upgrade on my phone today, and the experience could not have been better. Damian, the Verizon staff, was friendly, knowledgeable and let me take the time to make my decision without being pushy. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. He is a gem!

Damian was professional and we got everything done fast and effortlessly. Would recommend them to anyone. Main reason for changing phone companies was the reception wasn't good with the old company. With Verizon am able to get clear 5G reception 24-7.

Damian took care of my sister when trading in her iPhone and got a FREE screen protector and a FREE case of choice they have displayed by the door. I traded in my phone as well and didn't get anything, when asked if I could get a case when trading in my phone he says it's $49 not even mentioning the screen protector.Moral of the story, do these people pick and choose who to give FREE stuff away to? This needs to be looked into immediately.

terrible customer service,bought business lines yesterday, transfer from a different provider, got 4 lines. one phone did not connect to the network, so we esnt to the store emplyee sid it does not have sim card and i need to pay. try to explain him the issue but he insisted of charging ask for supervisor and he refused to contact his manger. left the store will migrate to a different provider

I have found my new store for all future purchases and service. Nicole was such a professional and handled my questions and purchases with ease! I went to the corporate store the day before and was turned away because they said they didn't have enough employees show! So they closed 4 hours early with no warnings, even though there were 5 or 6 people sitting around inside.

Make sure to ask questions regarding purchasing details. Staff members do not disclose in detail what you'll be paying for when buying a new phone. Recommend you buy it online instead.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this specific Verizon store. Riley was so very helpful, kind and patient with us. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. He transferred all my phone information in 30 min, so it helped us get in and out in a timely manner (this was huge since we had our 3 year old son with us)!

Great customer service from Braedon. I went to another Verizon store prior to my visit here and the other guy was so unhelpful. Basically told me to go online and figure it out myself. I came to this store and Braedon got everything sorted out for me and helped our family figure out our shared plan needs. He was so patient and polite. Thanks for the great customer service!
