A big thank you to Juan from the Harbor store in Anaheim. He was very helpful and professional. 5 stars! But for online orders, don't do it. I bought some shoes and picked them up at the same Harbor store. They didn't fit my son, so I tried to exchange them, which they refused. I called customer service, and they said they couldn't do anything, neither return nor exchange them. So, $80 down the drain. It's a rip-off. Thanks again, Juan from the Harbor store.

Excellent staff called in to check stock was put on hold for no more then a minute and gentleman asked if I wanted the shoes put on hold when we showed up the shoes where set aside it was the last pair in the size we needed. Great service and greet people right away not like the Santa Ana store.

Assistant manager and team lead left the cash register un attended for 10 minuets with 3 customer waiting in line. Vault was left open and merchandise could have easily been stolen. One team member was doing the best he can to assist the sales floor. Leadership in this store need to be re evaluated.
