Reviewing an experience from last fall, 2023. And I have to agree with the reviews that claim the tasting experience is a must! You can additionally opt in for a complimentary glass of wine and explore while you wait for your table to be available (for us, less than a 15m wait). Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and the food!! 5 glasses of wine to pair with 5 courses, and with vegetables all sourced from the estate gardens, everything was beautifully plated and tasted wonderfully fresh! We were seated in a beautiful courtyard with enough cover that we weren't blinded and instead sunlight streamed through gaps in the overhanging canopies. Paired with the occasional breeze, it's a setting I would loved to have stayed for hours. There is ample parking and the estate and gardens are lovely and expansive, which you're free to wander after your meal.

If I were to go back to Napa, I would skip Kendall-Jackson. It was a very traditional, seated tasting with a very over-the-top animated guide who took us through not only all of the wines in depth but also the detailed story behind Kendall-Jackson. This is a good tasting for novice wine drinkers and people who want to feel the alcohol because they were so liberal with the tastings and pours. I think we got so much attention because it was off season and we were one of two parties in the whole place.

If you're planning to visit Kendall-Jackson, YOU MUST TRY THEIR TASTING EXPERIENCE.We tried the Wine & Food experience and it was delicious! Every dish was perfectly paired with their wines! We would not have discovered this experience if it wasn't for the Yelp! Event back in October. We met with Angela who guided the event and made us aware of the food experience. Wow, what a great discovery!Their dishes are prepared with vegetables grown in their own garden which made the experience so special. Our server, Abbie, was so nice and welcoming. She discribed each pairing and answered all of our questions.Make a reservation for your tasting experience and you will not be disappointed! The Wine & Food Experience is 5 courses and well worth it!

My wife and I received a food and wine pairing as a gift for attending a Wyndham resort time share presentation. I'm glad we did! It was totally worth the time to listen to a presentation. The food and wine pairing blew me away. It was a 5 course meal with wine pairing. Every dish had a variety of flavors and wines paired perfectly. The host Kishore was very nice and great. He educated us about the wines and food since it comes from their garden. He also gave our kids a little treat which was nice. At the end we decided on buying the wine club membership since we really enjoyed the food and wine pairing since it's complementary with the membership per year. It comes with 4 experiences (2 food and wine pairing). I would recommend trying this place as they're very accommodating and generous. The ambiance is great for families and friends.

I had a lovely experience at Kendall Jackson. I opted in for the standard tasting which was neat because you got to taste and compare/contrast 2 similar wines at the same time. As someone who is not too deep in the world of wine tasting, this made it engaging and nice for me to discover my favorite types of wine. Our servicer was great as well! Funny, and insightful about the tasting and history of Kendall Jackson. It was a nice and sunny day which made for a great walk around the establishment as well. I can't wait to be back!

I accompanied my father on a Tuesday afternoon trip to Santa Rosa for an errand, and since we had a bit of time to kill, he found Kendall-Jackson open on a weekday, and I was able to add on to his reservation. We drove up, and it's a lovely space that looks like a mansion. We were given some Chardonnay at the start while they prepared our table, as we opted for the seasonal wine flight and bites pairing. This was a great idea because it was good to have a bit of food in the afternoon in to go with the wine.We started with a deviled egg with a miso, soy, and shallot taste, paired with a different Chardonnay. This Chardonnay was initially good (smoother to me than the intro one we were served), but the deviled egg pairing totally changed it and made it way better. That was actually the case for all the wines and bites, as we made our way through Pinot Noir + Smoked Trout Rillette, Syrah + Duck Sausage, and Merlot + Cheese/Fig. All of the pairings were most excellent and significantly changed the taste of the wine, which I loved. The staff was excellent, informative, and really catered to us.We were also able to walk about the grounds for a bit, and it was nice to spend some quality time with dad over wine and bites. Would definitely recommend coming here to try!

Most of the wine is 2-3 stars but I enjoyed their Sauvignon Blanc! It's def overpriced for the quality though, it's giving 8$ bottle of TRader Joes wine lol. But I didn't come here for the wine. I came for the vibes! My group opted for the picnic and bought 3 bottles. With the purchase of 3 bottles, we could the picnic table for free. We enjoyed playing bocce ball next to our picnic table and I'd come back for another day of fun! The grounds were also pretty and surprisingly expansive, so I'll have to explore those some more!

Upon arrival, you feel as if you have been transported to France with the beautiful chateau and surrounding gardens. The service was stellar; hosts in front were nice and Mitchell was the absolute best when it came to pouring and knowledge of wines. He walked us through each wine and even accommodated us with our different palates (bestie prefers chards and whites while I prefer cabs and reds). We arrived pretty early so the weather was perfect and not many people were there yet, so I suggest starting here first.

Our first time visiting Kendall-Jackson Winery and we were impressed. Beautiful grounds and building. We took a food pairing with wine seminar and enjoyed it so much. It was part of the California Artisan Cheese Festival. We got there thirty minutes early and were greeted by the friendliest host who informed us that we can walk around and see the property and the gardens that they grow their food. He also served us a glass of red wine which we enjoyed very much. The indoor tasting room is beautiful. With high ceilings and beautiful furniture. The outdoor area was nice as well. The food our chef prepared for us was amazing. The sommelier paired the dishes with their wines , we tasted 4 different kinds of wines. A great experience indeed. We did purchase a few bottles to take home with us. Overall a beautiful winery and estate to add to your Sonoma County wine trip.
