I am disgusted with the service by the female employee because I asked to use the restroom and luckily I was able to use it, but after I got my food I noticed someone else ask to use the restroom and they were denied!! The person was an African American male and he wasn't allowed to use the bathroom!! She is a complete racist!! The lady's name was Alma!!!

Went to 7eleven in Galt, i saw the sign on the door and asked the girl who helped me if the sign was correct that it was 10 wings for $5.00 she said yes the wings where 10 for $5.00 I originally came in for 2 slices of pizza and 3 taquitos for my son since we were coming back home from everything we had to do that day so my total was high it went up to $40.00 she gave me 2 of the 10 piece for $5 but rang up for $14 she said it would come down when my son put in his number then my son put in his number for the discount came down $10 to $29.24 I have the reciete where it shows they came up to $14.90 for 10 the guy outside offered to cash app me $10 dollars to fix his employees mistake I said no that's your money I asked for refund even though I had not left the store because she over charged she said no refund on food I said we haven't left the store and you over charge me she said come back tomorrow ? I never met any employee that was this rude she kept raising her voice and giving me an additude I told her I would give her a review she didnt care I will be back in tomorrow to talk to a manager hopefully changes are made soon.

Trash business! Stopped to pump gas, after finishing I went inside with my daughter to get snacks for the road. I look up to see the worker/manager following us while we’re shopping. Made me uncomfortable as hell. I hope somebody buys out their business to a person who actually knows how to run the place and hire good workers instead of people who stare you down &’ follow you while you shop! Super unprofessional!

Had an over charge 10/1/22. Have been pawned off with "talk to the manager". Today, 10/3/22 talked to "owner" woman, said she could not return my money, that I should have noticed it before I left the store. Good for her knowing how to handle distractions better than I. I went back as soon as it was noticed (15 min later!) told to come back twice because either the machines down or lack of training. The "owner" woman finally said she'd open a case with corporate but I had to ask her to take my information! She didn't need a copy of receipt either! So Vladimir at corporate has all sorts of my information for the case I have opened. This is my only bad time I've had here in a lot of years of going but I think I'll find a new favorite store.

Would give a 0 if I could. Got to the door where the older male Indian employee was holding it open. And he just lets its close. I was literally right there. I walked in and said wow you have no manners. He started rudely telling me he doesnt have to have manners and then proceeded to tell me pretty much to buy something or get out. I literally drove like 6 hours and went in to buy some snacks and a drink. This mans customer service is horrible and he shouldnt be working here. I walked out. Horrible service. Needs to be fired.

DONT ACCEPT DOOR DASH ORDERS HERE.I came to pick up a door dash order and the guy working here went off on me for no reason. He saidSunday 5/17/2021 @ 11:30 pm“ You can wait outside! I’m very busy right now! My main priority is doing my job and attending to the customers I’m front of me! Doordash is not important! Door dash is my last priority! Now wait outside! I’ll get to you when I can bye”This was the most unprofessional way to handle a situation. I couldn’t help but to think if it’s too much for the store why accept door dash orders in the first place... smh.

I stop by here alot after work to pick up a few things because it's close. The service overall is great and it's clean. But the head manager guy is a little sketchy. He is rude sometimes, he makes snide remarks about purchases, and once I gave him a ten dollar bill and he didn't give me my change back saying that I gave him only five dollars. It might have been an honest mistake so I didn't argue with him but I have seen him do the same thing to other customers so just be wary.

Usually always have a good encounter but this past time I went I gave the cashier 33 to put in my gas and it only went up to 23$ as I thought the 23 filled up my gas I went inside to ask for my change he said no i only gave him 23$ so just opened up a case will see how it goes.

Came to get gas , after I paid for some reason their gas pump didn't pump any gas. But the owner insisted I did . So I wasted money at a broken establishment for nothing. Galt is small , there's cheaper gas elsewhere , I don't recommend
