Wow!! This girl is mean, rude and a bad employee… her attitude is NOT candidate for customer service at all…Is not helping AT&T customers…No wonder why there’s no customers in the Galt Store!!This job is not for her.The others 2 guys are awesome ? nice employees!

I made an appointment to upgrade mine and my Mom's phones, and Erville and Ali were so helpful from start to finish. I have not received such great customer service in a retail setting in a very long time! I highly recommend this store for your cell phone services!
