This property was very clean. My room was very nice. The heated spa was a lifesaver after a long day on the road.

Been a handful of times. Area is nice but the hotel failed to clean our room before front desk said I could go to my room. Other peoples belongings were still in the room. Motion detecting lights gave the worst light show I’d ever seen while sleeping, on multiple occasions in various rooms. There is ALWAYS someone smoking cigarettes in room 420, they do love their Gatorade delivery 😝

They don't listen very well I said 2 nights they got me and put 1 night
I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN THEY LOST MY BUSINESS
I JUST HAD TELL OTHERS DONT GO THERE
I will never send family are friends there

The front desk gave us wasp and hornet spray to kill the roaches we where finding in out room. We checked in at 1am and where greeted with 4 cockroaches right away. Told the front desk and that's when she gave us wasp and hornet spray and told us to spray them lmao. We went back to our room killed 5 more and packed up our kids and left to find another hotel. My kids where scared of all the bugs. Apparently the front desk staff can't issue refunds so we had to wait till morning. She also stated she told the manager about the bugs. Worst best western we have ever been too.

Nice clean room. Had an easy chair and ottoman. Park a bobtail truck there no problem. Convenient Store across street. Taco truck across street. No restaurant close. Beer brewery next door. Was closed on Monday tho.

Convenient to Champaign Ranch venue. Room I had very quiet even being close to 99. Checkin for 3 separate room arrivals was somewhat slow. Don’t know if due to technology and or training.

The first night wasnt very good. I think our neighbor was smoking in their room and had their tv on loud all night. We spoke with the staff and their manager had us in another room once another one was available. The staff are so nice, respectful and responsive to our concerns. Thanks.

A great place to stay when passing through. The prices were a bit higher than I'd expect for the area, but the rooms was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service was great, even though we arrived at 1:30 am looking for a room. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Great location if you’re just passing through, as it’s right off the highway. The room was clean; the bed comfy; the spa was relaxing. The second floor hallway had a cigarette smell that was a bit off putting while coming and going, but not a big deal.

I stayed and the truth was very good service, very friendly and the rooms were very clean, the beds were very clean, the bathrooms were very clean, the housekeepers were very friendly, I recommend it 10/10

Clean room, well supplies, 4 water bottles, decent breakfast, delicious coffee, convenient off of Hwy 99. Thanks for a comfortable and safe stay!
