DO NOT COME HERE!! This place has gone down the toilet. A few years back I had some work done and the experience and end product was great. The estimator, Justin, was top notch and the whole process went smooth. Fast forward to today. I had a manufacture warranty paint repair to had done and the current estimator, Rafael, was in charge. The entire process was an ever loving nightmare. The incompetency of this man reached to a legendary level. There were so many delays, forgetfulness, not returning calls, false deadlines, and so much more. After dealing with these guys for 5 months, I finally got my parts of my car painted. But wait, there's more. Rafael forgot to update the initial quote that was requested by the car dealership and only 3 of the 4 doors were painted. When confronted, he didn't remember being asked for the 4th door. 5 months have passed at this point. Now I'm stuck with three painted doors on the vehicle and the 4th door stands out. Apparently, the regional manager is happy with him (fooled). The experience there was terrible. I will never set foot back into that place even though my car was delivered with a paint nick that needed to be touched up and a pool of excess adhesive was left on the trim of my door. How can you miss that much glue pooling out??? What parts were painted looked good. This was the most painful process I have ever experienced with a shop. NEVER EVER COME HERE!

They stink! My 80 year old mom's car came back missing the plate that holds the window switches and door lock. I had to hound them for a week before they called me back. The Stockton office is the same way.I am telling you,.. you will be sorry if you use this company!

I went here a few years ago when it was owned by someone else and it went good, so I thought I should take my car there again.... WORST CHOICE EVER. The communication is absolutely terrible; the receptionist takes down your info and says they'll call you back with more info and status updates but never do, she likes to talk over you and won't listen to what you are asking, she also gives incorrect info and/or doesn't work with insurance. I had my insurance tell them twice that my $500 deductible was waived because I was not at fault and the day I FINALLY picked up my car she tells me I owe $500. Also they somehow order the wrong tire (whatever that means) and take up more time and have to get an alignment for a SECOND time after telling me it didn't need one. Then when I get my car they used up all my gas and I had to tell them to fill my car up because it was definitely not near empty when I sent it in. Also they said they were detailing my car but my car was dirtier than when I left it with them. Again if it all came back to the communication and they told me these things ahead of time then I would've been ok. So unless you like terrible customer service, wrong parts ordered, a know-it-all receptionist to talk to, excuse after excuse for everything wrong, and having to call them 20 times for a simple update, then I'd HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for repair.

Got my car repaired here. The paint on the repair is already chipping and it hasn't been even a week. Took a month and a half to even get it back. Then I noticed some of my personal belongings were stolen. Worst service ever! They constantly lie about your service and don't give any feedback!

This place is a nightmare!!!! I was recommended to them from another shop of theirs in Stockton. The gentleman I was working with was courteous but whoever was painting the car, did not know what they were doing. It took months of going back and forth to get the car done. First they missed a repair and they were supposed to replace the tail light, the tail light that it was replaced with looked used. They said it wasn't I'm the photos the insurance company provided. That they much have missed it. Then they told me that they're not going to charge me for that repair since they missed it. I honestly don't care if they charge or not, I'm not the one paying. They insurance company is. I just want the job done right. So they took my car back a week later. I wasn't in a huge rush, the car was still drivable. They took the car back. Did the repair, then noticed the paint was chipping. So they took the car back again a few weeks later. Then I got it back. Only to notice the next day that there is run off from the clear coat. By this time it's been 9 months since I've been trying to get my car repaired and so much back and worth with the paint repair that I just gave up and decided not to call them again to take the car back AGAIN and risk it coming back still not done correctly and possibly worse. Im so unhappy with the way this all turned out. Had I known my car paint wasn't going to look like the way it was before it was vandalized, I would've taken it elsewhere. I will never bring another car here or recommend this place to anyone. The quality of work is horrible. A customer should never had to go through this.

Worst experience ever what a nightmare! I will never use this place again stay away! Brought my car in for insurance, appointment was 3 weeks out they said it would take 10 days and never touched my car for 2 weeks, then they drove my car to their Galt location and drove it back to Modesto after lying about using a tow truck and used half a tank of gas never refilled it. They completely screwed up from day 1 with the appraisal was low because they missed obvious repairs. All was approved then get charged more than double the original estimate and does not get anything approved by my insurance so I have to wait 2 more weeks after my car is done! I will never use this place again what a joke! My car was gone for over 6 weeks and had to constantly call after never getting called back trying to figure out what is going on!

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY! This wasn't my first time with them. However, the second time around my car is taking way longer! I would call to check status on my car since the insurance can cover only so much of my rental. I would just get complete bulllshit over the phone, " the person in charge of your car is in a meeting, I'll have them call you back once they're out". Guess what... never received a call and it was on and off for a MONTH and some. Basically, if your insurance pays them out they don't really give a f*** about the customer at that point. Do not let your insurance money go to these jokes. Go to the one in Elk Grove or just ANY other place but here.

Worst body shop, 7 weeks out still cant get the orange peel off the paint job. Promise upon promises, wish i had gone with a different body shop. Body prep was not done right thus causing defects on the paint. Still after that Justin seems to question what exactly i want to be done on my vehicle.Services: Painting

Had taken a car to certified in Galt ca. It was under an insurance claim.. had taken the car there for repairs got the car back sometime later ( for about 5 min ) noticed fenders and trunk didn't line up an was out 1/4 inch from being flush.. took the car back.. after a period of time we got the car back ( for 5 min ) took the car back again cuz the paint didn't match. Left the car again for a period of time. Got the car back.. for about 15 min this time. Had a noise coming from the front end. Took it back YES. AGAIN.. argued about the noise because they sed I was wrong. DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT AT THE TIME THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW. I MEAN BRAND NEW.. they found the problem. After complaining about it.. sed it was fixed.. took it home.. then the door trim fell off.. took it back. AGAIN. Waited for it again.. got it back.. then the interior door pieces started coming off... took it back yet again.. now there's a noise coming from the front end wen making a right turn.. DID I FORGET TO MENTION IT WAS DAMAGED ON R/S ?? Also brake dust really bad. Was told there done with the car and that wasn't brake dust ( his tech said ) I'm 60 yes old. I know wut brake dust is. Wiped my finger on my trk rims to show him they were the same.. told Justin ( manager) his tech is a frigging idiot.. Was also told about life time warranty on their wrk.. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM... DO NOT GO THERE. I'VE TAKEN THAT CAR THERE AT LEST 15 times .. AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT AN THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE WRK AS IN LIFE TIME WARRENTY.. if I could give them a minus rating I would

This service center is top notch! The office is ran like a very fine time piece. They worked directly with my insurance company to give me the help I needed during a rough time. All calls whEre returned in timely manor with accurate and honest answers. Honesty and integrity goes a long way to in today's business world. The finished product was completed like new condition. Justin runs the place with a sense of ownership. Both teammates in the front office care about their customers. My experience was fabulous!

Certified Collision Center has had my vehicle over two months and still have not began to work; I called them and told me that it was ready for paint so I stop by to check on it and was still out in they yard I ask the Manager why it taking so long he told me that it would be ready in two weeks.I told him Bull S##@.
