I did not have a good experience today with the pharmacist. I went to order some COVID test for myself.I went back in to put an order for my kids being that to they need to be tested when ever they have a cold or miss 10 days of school. He made a comment didn't you order some already and I said yeah, but I need to order some more,he was just making comments to the tech, \\\"make sure we have enough if not take down her name\\\" but he seemed very irritated. Once my kits were available, I said, wow because it was a lot of kits and he said in an unfriendly voice, \\\"yeah you took them all\\\".I responded we'll yeah I need them for my kids! Then he asked the tech, \\\"when do we get our new order? And if someone calls to order some more tell them we don't have anymore\\\", it almost seemed like he was trying to make me feel bad. This was also the first time ordering kits for my kids, and even if it wasn't it shouldn't of mattered being that the insurance is providing us with it.

horrible service. just terrible. the manager is the worst. i will never go to this CVS again.

I spoke with my doctor today who had attempted to send in and then CALL the pharmacy herself to get two prescriptions filled for me and was very rudely turned away! She told me that she was having an issue with the connection and hearing the person on the phone, and the pharmacy tech accused her of lying about being able to hear what he was saying! I will never again request to have another prescription filled at this horrific pharmacy. They should be turned in.

WOW! talk about reading a script and talking like a robot. Ladies and gentalmen I present to you the one and only human robot. Found on register #1. No personality. Says the same thing every time not one bit of care. BORING.

Just want to give a shout out to Nick. This young man when confronted with a difficult customer, ie me, took initiative by owning the problem, solving it, and ultimately just setting a great example for guest relations. Thank you, sir.

Since this CVS is located in a small town, it is very easy to get to know the staff, especially in the pharmacy department. I find the personal customer service comforting, I like that I know everyone and everyone knows me.
