Okay, you want the dirt? Cesar knows tires, cares about his customers and is super kind. Came in, my toddler had time to eat a small lollipop and while she crunched the last sugar morsel, Cesar came and handed us our keys of course it was just a patch, but this guy is clearly awesome.
