This place has gone downhill. I’ve used them quite a bit over the years as they’re the only oil change provider in Galt. The problem is is when they are able to do your oil change the service leaves a lot to be desired with long waits and they never seem to be able to reset your oil change light, you think that’s something they would know how to do. I have attempted to get my oil changed on my Volvo three times now to no avail they either don’t have the oil or the filter. Today I showed up at 7:30 where There were four cars ahead of me. I sat in my car and waited in line for 40 minutes for them to finish three oil changes before they ever acknowledged me and greeted me. If they would have acknowledged me right away. They could’ve told me they didn’t have the oil and I wouldn’t have had to wait so long. this place is ridiculous

Sierra Snow and Kevin were very professional and kind hearted. We were traveling home to Portland, Oregon and needed an oil change so we made a random stop I was glad we did.

30 minutes just to check you in another hour to get oil changed. There's only one guy changing the oil for 3 bays

I'm they reset my trip counter instead of the oil percentage. Now I don't have the mileage of my current job I am on.Oops. Poop happens.Overall, good work.Oh, one more thing. When recommending an oil for my truck, the tech didn't tell me that he was recommending the highest costing oil that you have on hand. It would have been nice to know that upon recommendation.Again, poop happens.

Service at this location was fantastic and they’re very transparent on pricing. I will share my internal feedback below because I think it’s important for people to know that services provided vary by location. The service I requested btw was brake inspection/replacement if required. But this location does not work with brakes.I’d like to point out that your advertisements in the waiting rooms do not reflect your provided services. It seems that not all locations do all the advertised services and the displays show otherwise. I asked the service person why that was and his response was “because they’re all the same everywhere just not all locations provide these services”. It would make sense to tailor to what each place provides to lessen the confusion.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. He helped me with my car and worked on it right away. I was happy with his speed, helpfulness, service and professionalism!
