She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. “My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”
