I don’t usually leave bad reviews I just never go back, but this time I am angry. I went in to this shop the week before I actually made an appointment. I spoke with Alice. I explained that several months ago at a different place I received a very bad haircut. My husband’s hair was twice as long as mine ended up, after repeatedly asking the beautician not to cut my hair short. Alice assured me that would not happen with her. On the day of my appointment I showed Alice several pictures of shorter layered cuts and again asked if this would be a problem. She again said it would be fine. MY HAIR IS SO SHORT AND I AM A LITTLE UPSET. I can’t even use a 1/2” curling iron because my hair is too short. I will never go back there again! I really think we should have the option of no stars! Nothing grows out slower than a bad haircut…..

Don't go to this place, I asked for a dark brown color for my hair and they left it red and I told them the color wasn't what I wanted and they told me they were going to fix it and they left it like that. Same for me, plus just one color in my hair. hair they charged me 200

I was assured that Vicky knew how to cut a pixie cut so I trusted her. She butchered my hair!!! I got the worst haircut in my life here and I'm 77 years old!!! I showed her a picture of how I wanted her to cut my hair. Instead, she almost shaved my head!! I have bald spots in the back of my head!! My 7 year old granddaughter could have cut my hair better!! Do not go here!!

I had Alice do my hair and make up for my daughters wedding and also for my wedding. She did a fantastic job for both occasions. She takes her time and ask lots of questions so that she will achieve exactly what you want. I highly recommend her.

I have been coming here for two years but unfortunately I will not be returning. Although she does great work, the conversation topics can get very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I'm not one to get easily offended, but during a session I was discussing frustration with someone I know making snide comments. The hairstylist asked if he maybe liked me and I said "eww no." Then she asked me what if he forced himself on me. And I got really upset. Told her that as someone who has been through horrible experiences with men I would defend myself with any means necessary. I was so upset that I said some pretty messed up things, not to her, but that comment really hurt me. I have been asked if I would get back together with my ex husband after telling her that he would hit me and is now on megans law. She asked me, what if he changes. These probing questions were very frustrating. Getting your hair done should be a relaxing experience. This got torturous. Still does a great job with hair, but be prepared for the uncomfortable conversations.

I've been growing out my eyebrows for YEARS! I wanted them a bit thinner for the holidays so I thought I'd give this place a try.. that was my first mistake; despite all the bad reviews I thought I'd give them a try. An older man did my service, and I felt very unheard. I told him I wanted my eyebrows thinner but to take from the bottom and attempt to keep my shape. He did not acknowledge my words and finished extremely fast. I left with uneven eyebrows, straggling hairs, shapeless eyebrows and the saddest thing, he did exactly the opposite of what I wanted. My arch that I've been growing out.. GONE. Needless to say, if you're in a hurry and need your brows done.. and by the reviews even your hair just save yourself the troubles and avoid this place. The service was only $10 but not worth the embarrassment I'll have to live with the next few weeks.

Don't come here !! I came in to get a hair cut and walked out completely with something else, the work is so sloppy, so lazy, AND they charged me $35 for an uneven cut ! Please use your money somewhere else. So unprofessional as well by judging your hair and by making you feel bad about it ! FYI, I requested a layered cut, and the woman took the middle of my hair and chopped it off with her razor blades.. and left the other pieces long ! Please go back to school if you cannot cut hair ! So disappointed, never coming back here again.
