Gary is so kind and helpful! They remained kind to us even when we missed a payment and had to pay late. We appreciate the customer service that is provided here and we appreciate that the owners keep the property clean and safe for when we had our whole home packed in a unit for the last few months. I would for sure recommend this place!

Wanted to park a big trailer there and unfortunately the spaces were full, but the gentleman took the time to give me the phone numbers of a couple other possibilities. Most people would not take the time but the guy was really nice.

Recently moved back to California and after a very long drive, arrived at the secured self storage in Galt. I deal with people from a customer service perspective all day long and know exceptional service when I get it. Judy and Gary assisted with the process and we were blown away by the positive attitude and consultative process. While the move was tough, Judy's sweet disposition and positive attitude ended our very long day on a much brighter note. We will absolutely be referring our new found friends as much business as possible. Whoever owns Secured Self Storage obviously knows what they are doing. Thanks for hiring what I would consider best in class professionals. Our experience was a real treat.
