Been in line for a while now. This has happened multiple times. 3 customers are infront of me and the whole time a 3rd worker was in the back. Not tell she saw I was upset. She finely grabbed the 3rd one from the back. Rather drive the town over next time

I have been here before and they always give me a horrible experience. Today was the worse of them all. I came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday free item and there was a gentleman ahead of me and he showed the item counter and then she handed him the item and he left. She saw me and went straight to the back room. No one else was in the store and she just leaves. When she comes back. She tells me that she has to access my account in order to receive my free item which the other person ahead of me did not even do. She also tried to sell me an item and multiple times even when I said no thank you. When she was unable to access my account. She told me that I will need to give her the password before I can get any free tmobile tuesday item. She was pushy to sell me something and she left me alone in the store for 5 minutes even when I told her right away what I came here for. She looked spanish to me but I do not know for sure but I will not forget her face and how she always treat me whenever I come into the store. I can understand if the store was busy or I came in late in the store but I came in at store opening and she acted like she had something better to do than to help me.

Do not waste your time or breath with the people on this store. They are rude and disrespectful. The manger is not professional and doesn’t care about the customers. The associates that work here are completely incompetent. The absolute worst experience of my life trying to get a replacement phone from this store. They inspected it and claimed it was fine then two days later the manager has an attitude and claims to be to busy to help customer’s but when we get to the store she’s doing nothing except sitting on her phone in the office. They have to inspect the phone before exchange and now all of a sudden they say it’s water damaged. Went to the store in Lodi, and it was perfectly fine there was nothing wrong with the phone. If you guys want actual customer service experts who are nice and professional, go to Lodi. This place is trash and the manager is trash.

Like thieves in the night, this store,and probably others closed overnight. Then the network crashed. Even after there was no service, they still took out monthly auto pay. Finally got through to customer service, and they were unable to cancel my service. DO NOT USE BOOST MOBILE.

I stop by to the location in Galt to ask a question regarding my phone it was not working and I needed help it was only 6:50pm and the store was with the gates, halfway close, and the sign said that today the store closest at 9:00pm. She refused to help me. I did tell her that I went to Sacramento and LODI and they refer me to the store in Galt. I spoke to a girl named Daisy through the glass and she refused to open the door. she told me I don’t know why is it that I had to be seen here in Galt that’s a horrible customer service customer service it should not matter which store if the store says they are open until 9:00pm. I think you should be able to see clients you’re losing business. There was another girl with her also telling her what to say I told her there was no sign outside the door saying that they’re closed only for today. I will make sure corporate or the manager is aware of this.

Don't come here especially if you aren't comfortable asking deeper questions they will try and trick you and briefly go over things but do not disclose that it is the store managers private business and his personal rule is to add on almost $100 worth of services or you cannot buy your phone. We tried to purchase an iPhone 11 for $499 which is the lowest posted price. Apparently that would add on over $30/month for 2 years now how does that add up to $499? I was told I had to pay $87.38 upfront even though the site and the girl said $0 down. She said it's for tax and support charge and took the screen back before I could examine it. She was very short and rude did not want to answer my questions and called me hostile . What support? I found out she added a power adapter , phone case and screen protector without authorization and that's what the extra cost was. I came back to return the extra items I don't need and they said I won't be able to buy the phone without them. I say why not ? Is that a t mobile policy or your policy? And he said he's the store manager and it's his policy and he's tired of people coming back the next day complaining there's a scratch and I said ok so because you don't want to deal with customer complaints, you won't allow a phone purchase without buying all these extra accessories and he said yes and I said that's fine we will cancel everything and I'll go to another store. What a waste of time they will take advantage of you for sure. Bobby and Gabriela will be reported to t mobile as well for their shady and deceptive work practices.

All of a sudden my phone wouldn't let me call in or get calls nothing. So I went in yesterday an the the sales peoplewhere very helpful it took a few times back an forth figuring out what happened but they did.Thanks again
