Was done and gone 30 minutes later. MUCH better experience than the shop I've used for the last 8 years. Took another vehicle in a couple weeks later and left it for the test. Becker Trans gave me a quote the same day my truck got there. And as luck would have it they delivered under the quote. Also, they told me no vehicles are ever left out over night, that's important to me. The Lady at the reception desk and phone, Pam, is knowledgeable about the process for repairs.
