“Replaced the battery in my car for us. It was a specialty battery that we could not do in our own, so it was nice to take it somewhere quick, effective and kind.”

“I needed a quick lube, fluids check & oil/filter change on my car… I was greeted by one of the employees and was checking in within a few minutes. It wasn’t too busy, with only 2 cars in front of me. The guys had me out the door in less than 20-25 minutes. It was very nice experience. I haven’t been to a Jiffy Lube for years since I moved out of state, but this one was a well run location. If I’m ever back in the Elk Grove or Galt area, I’ll be back. Good job 👍🏼”

“They are very NICE and POLITE. This is not usual in today’s world but they were. Very professional and fast. They explained everything they were doing and why. They also explained upcoming maintenance and why it needs to be done in the coming months and the price for each. Reasonable. The only part I didn’t like was all the “upsale” tactics. My family was not happy having been in the business.”

“My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for a year now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they never try to force you on the upsell, and they offer solid advice on what is best for your vehicle. Also, the oil change prices are reasonable, as well as for their other products.”

“Went in here on 8-12-2026 for a diagnostic on my KIA. I was inn and out in less then an hour and for less then $100! Was a very fair price. Nice waiting area for my family and I with A/C and comfortable seating. Koshi at the front desk was very informative and was kind enough to give me a detailed print out with additional research and information. 10/10 recommend and would use them again!”

“Specialized Exhaust was supremely easy to deal with and refreshingly crystal clear about terms, expectations, and etc. Expert automotive, who are also quite exceptional, recommended specialized exhaust for my situation, and I'm very grateful that they did. I've not the slightest doubt that i got the finest workmanship available to me, and that's absolutely worth every penny.”

“I went in today to have my 2012 Lexus Is250 looked at for damage caused by a different shop. And possible rodent damage. Jorge was amazing! Did a thorough inspection for rodents and ran diagnostic's , discovered the issue. Unfortunately because of my aftermarket products he wasn’t able to help which is completely understandable! He gave amazing insight on what to do next which is why i came! I highly would recommend this shop to anyone!”

“HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!! after being in the automotive repair industry for 25 plus years, I found it very hard to trust somebody else to service my truck. Chris was highly recommended by many people I know so i gave him a call and he invited me to stop by i explained my issue and made the decision to bring in my truck knowing it needed a new transmission he gave me a quote and time line of completion i received a phone call 2 days early when i answerd the phone i was expecting the worst how ever Chris was very excited to tell me he had everything completed and his total was less than expected I couldn't me more happier with his service and integrity definitely will recommend Chris and Becker transmissions to all my friends once again Chris thank you for all you did 10 star rating”

“I had made an appointment for an oil change, on the actual Walmart app, for 5:30pm on Sunday. I made sure to triple check the time of closing and the time the auto center stops doing services on the app. Everything was in place, but when I arrived, it was just one man working on a car, and he said that people don't make appointments this late on Sundays. I was obviously upset, but I work in the customer service industry and know it is not this man's fault, he just works there. He asked if I could reschedule and told me best times to come. I went back in my car, and once I figured out how to reschedule, which I did, he came up to my window and told me he called someone to help and took me in. It was really helpful because I was working double shifts the rest of the month during service hours because I am a single mother and also a student on winter break. Thank you guys!”
