The pharmacist Danny Dang is completely rude and unprofessional (even dealing with the doctors office and doctor) hung up on the doctor and refused to give him any information that was requested. The upside to the internet and knowing how to search is for his NPI to file a complaint with the board. Walmart pharmacy has been a joke since they moved to town, Matt was the only decent pharmacist there but unsure if still there. Many complaints from patients about them also.

I don't like being lied to. You don't even know what you're doing or what you gave me. you said my meds were the same as last time but they were not. You even put it on my file but apparently did not look at it or don't care. you just gave me whatever. you could do a much better job young man.

The only reason I would argue this pharmacy deserves one star is because the female employees and the pharmacists themselves are always polite. However, I would recommend to anyone to choose a different pharmacy. They are always out of stock on all but the most commonly prescribed medications, the wait for ordering them from distributors can be up to a week, and they sometimes lose the prescriptions that are faxed or called in directly from the physician. This wouldn't trouble me as much if some of these medications weren't medically necessary to obtain in a timely manner. Even a one day gap in between doses of some medications is dangerous. They get a 2.8 for customer service, but a -2 for everything else.

I have ONLY had positive encounters with every person who has attended to my needs as a customer. I've picked up prescriptions for my better half and they have NEVER once had any issues with me doing so. I have yet to have a bad experience and I pray I never do!!! Kudos to the entire staff!!!

You guys suck. Really rude doorman. Ask for a simple item and his response was I don't know. I ask him if he worked here to wit responded yep, 4 years. I said great snd walked away. He than made a sarcastic comment under his breath. Tried tocomplai. To 2 assistant managers and they acted as though it was no big deal. One assistant manager actually had the nerve to threaten to ban me gmfrom the store and call the cops in me for tresspassing. What nerve. I never felt so embarrassed and anger in all my life. Those employees need some serious customer care training.

They have also refused to fill my pain medicine. How does a pharmacy have the right to tell someone no cause they don't agree. I took my business elsewhere

Danny Dang is a horrible pharmacist. He refused to fill my prescription. Before talking to my doctor he told me if he doesn't like my doctors reason he will refuse to fill my prescription. After talking to my doctor he did refuse, however, he billed my insurance for the prescription he did not fill. He made it seem like I was a drug addict just trying to scam Walmart for drugs. Another pharmacy did fill my prescription. I decided to file a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy and I hope others that are treated so poorly by Danny Dang do the same.

Love this pharmacy! Every time I call they are so willing to help and fill out any extra paperwork needed. I was having a hard time getting my boyfriend's medicine approved through medical and they went above and beyond to help get the insulin he needed.
