Awful service for an awful product. Admitted that they have outdated equipment but won't replace it! Sell this part of your company if you don't want to fix it. Still takes all of our money every month though.

these guys suck. my roommate and i pay $65 dollars for 500 kbs when we should be getting 55 mbs. this company deserves to be torn down and the owners imprisoned for screwing the entire area out of any decent internet speeds.
