About Anaheim Marriott Suites

The Anaheim Marriott Suites receives mixed reviews highlighting both significant drawbacks and positive attributes. The location is consistently praised as great, being near Target and Disneyland, with many dining options nearby. The staff are frequently described as nice, friendly, and excellent. Some rooms, particularly suites, are noted for being spacious with a great view. However, numerous guests report the rooms are outdated and in need of an update. Common complaints include uncomfortable, hard beds with flat pillows, and a very poor pull-out bed. Issues with dirty carpet, a weird room smell, and problematic temperature control are mentioned. Practical problems include a lack of hot water, only one microwave per floor, a shower that takes forever to get hot, and a bathroom door that scrapes the ground. Customer service can be difficult to reach for amenities like towels. Noise from elevators can be an issue in some rooms. While the hotel has a Starbucks and seems managed well, the pool area is not considered outstanding for families.
