I purchased three bottles of 3-in-1 Punky Colour depositing shampoo. The 3 bottles plus shipping was less than I would have paid at Amazon (with FREE shipping!), they were shipped and delivered SUPER fast, and they were packaged perfectly. I will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Beware beauty zone!! They tried to charge me $55 for the shipping fee for 2 boxes of nail buffers with some nail polishes, so I canceled 1 box of nail buffers, but they massed up the order, calculated wrong, and overcharged $25. I had to send email many times and argued with them, but the end they didn't give me a refund $25. It's insane! Don't order from them.They have horrible customer service and will mess up your order.

Pretty awful customer service. They cancelled an order with zero explanation and made it my job to find out why and where the refund was. I guess it is a tiny operation, with very little practice in dealing with customers, but it wasted my time dealing with them.

I’ve given this place too many tries! also, the security makes my overall shopping experience uncomfortable. Years ago I purchased gel polishes as a beginner nail tech from here and every single bottle wrinkled in my lamp. gave them another try recently for more polishes and they wrinkle under my lamp! i think security means well but if definitely makes it very uncomfortable when im shopping and im being stared down by someone. will be going to a different store from now on.

The security guard needs severe training. It’s understandable that a small business would need security due to increased amount of robbery. However, the security in this store doesn’t know how to their job. They are constantly looking at you to make sure you don’t steal and would follow you around constantly this made me not want to keep looking around to purchase items.
I don’t want to assume that I was being racially profiled since I’m Hispanic, but based on previous reviews it seems like it might be the case.
I’m sure there’s other ways the security guard could do their job without making customers feel uncomfortable.
I recommend to skip and go to the nail supply store a block away from this one. Not only they have good customer service, they have a bigger selection of nail supplies.

This place used to be nice but since they got security guards that follow you around everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE in the store it ruined the entire experience. I'm a paying customer. I don't steal. I don't need a security guard on my back or watching me at the end of every nail polish aisle just staring me down. It makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable. They need better security that doesn't make people feel that way especially since their prices aren't cheap and the quality of a lot of their nail tools and accessories are poor. The shopping experiences isn't what it once was unfortunately. A pass for me.

2nd time ordering, had an issue with my order and called to speak to someone and the issue was fixed quickly, package sent out Saturday and received on Monday. Can't wait to order more from this beauty supplier!

Five stars for Beauty Zone. This shop is located in a strip mall next to the $0.99 store. There is a sign that says only vendors and professionals. Everyone is welcomed to shop there! Fingernail materials, polish, scissors, shampoos, brushes, salon items. Anything you can think of for nails, hair, and beauty services - they have it! Very reasonable prices and great selection! Staff are super helpful and friendly'

Super affordable and they have really good deals.
I buy from their website all the time cause the Nail Supply store in Pennsylvania is way over price on a lot of stuff and I’m not driving 4 hours when I can just order online and save time.
Plus, they package everything very well. Never a problem. They got a huge selection.

Dang really dissapointing to write a review for this place cause this is my go to. But man why in the actual hell was I profiled multiple times cause I'm brown. I had the security guard ask me multiple times if I needed assistance then the owner asking me if I needed help. Then after the owner telling security to give me a basket and again asking me if I needed assistance let me say this. I'm half asian and just cause I'm not as light as the other Asians in the area doesn't mean I should be discriminated because you feel that I'm stealing. Like I come here all the time to stock up my supplies for my buisness. I wouldn't be dropping some money for some nail supplies it's not that serious but if you are insecure cause you see a brown person then honestly that is a mental issue that needs to be addressed and checked. The fact yall gotta be stalking me every minute is insane. As a buisness owner, that type of ignorance and mindset will only bring down your buisness. Beware to those who come in here if you ain't light skinned or white passing just know they will literally keep chasing you. I'd rather go to the beauty supply across the street even though their service isn't as great as this establishment. I'd rather go there because they at least acknowledge and aren't quick to judge you by riding your buttcheeks. Heads up if the owner is reading this. Work on that attitude cause next time I come in and you guys hound me I'm literally going too say out loud is there something that needs to be addressed then we're both going to have a stand off by looking stupid in front of each other. It be your own kind of ppl that be quick to run their mouths. If you are insecure or have issues with items being stolen then invest in more money by taking the initiative and steps to get proper security to protect your belongings other wise stand your ground.

Hôm nay tôi có ghé mua 2 thùng bao tay và vài chai nước Sơn, các nhân viên ở đây 1 cô tên trang với 1 thằng bé trai trẻ cao, thái độ chẳng cần khách, thanh toán xong tôi nói cám ơn họ cũng chẳng biết ừ 1 tiếng chứ đừng nói là nhận được lời cảm ơn, còn cái con security bà mẹ nó cách nó theo dõi đi đâu nó cũng theo nhìn rất khó chịu. Chẳng bao giờ trở lại nữa

I love this beauty supply store. The prices is very reasonable, the service was super nice. Its small but it seems as though they have everything i need. I especially appreciate the small gift that they give out when i spend a certain amount of money.
